This McDonald’s has great customer service. The staff are always polite and quick to get your order ready. I also really appreciate that there’s rarely ever a line, which makes it super convenient when you’re in a hurry. The only issue is the food quality at night. It tends to taste old, like it’s been sitting out for a while instead of being freshly made. During the day everything is great, but the night shift could definitely step it up a bit. Still, overall it’s a solid McDonald’s that I keep coming back to because of the good service and fast turnaround.

Ordered on the mobile app for breakfast but when we came to pick it up the store was entirely closed due to weather. Once they reopened we called to get our food or money. The manager Michael did the right thing and offered us our paid for food the following Saturday morning. That food was delicious. Appears that the ability to close their app was out of their control so no fault there. Deducted a star due to consistently slow service over the last year, and no sorry for the inconvenience on this last trip. Even if it is not your direct fault for the issue its good customer service to also apologize for any inconvenience on the consumer.

Idk what the managers name was but he was a fantastic person! He was nice to my daughter and a very good person to me and my friend he has wonderful customer service and made sure everything we had was on spot when i go to McDonald’s what he did today is what I want to see everytime I go to McDonald he completely made my day

Ordered abig mac no sauce or oniom..onions were on top and LATHERED with sauce on the bottom…had to circle back for a kids chicken nugget meal..got it after what felt like a 10 minute wait…got home and it was a burger..had to ask for ketchup 3 times…this is not rocket science..breakfast is always spot on but dinner service is the worst!!!! We WILL NOT be coming back to this location..just shut it down!

This location needs to be shut down. If not shut down, then, the management obviously needs to be replaced. The staff had no intentions of providing great customer service. There were personal drinks and trash on the floor, in the kitchen area. In plain customer view. The food was cold and soggy. Not a good way to start a business. I will never purchase anything at this location again. The district manager needs to CLEAN HOUSE.

Very poor service and unapologetic! We waited for so long for just a pumpkin pie. No warning as to the long wait we have to endure. No update nor effort to make amends! My husband had to ask them after 30 mins of wait , the pie was ready but it wasn’t given until we asked! My husband jokingly asked for the consolation for the wait, no response from the McDonald’s staff. I said we waited since 8:21 pm, and she responded, “ I know!!” That’s it? Really? No compassion at all and no apologies? The owner needs to give their staff more training for staff to be more humane and emphatic to their customers. No wonder the bad reviews of this restaurant!

The food is generally prepared well, aside from the occasional half a jar of mayonnaise on a singular sandwich. Ordering more than one of a “2 pack” often finds you with half of your request missing, because employees are not reading orders properly. Or even a singular multi pack will find you missing one. Getting a packet of Honey is like pulling teeth. Employees will see Honey, and ALWAYS give you Honey Mustard. In fact, this visit had me circling back around the drivethrough just for a Happy Meal, because it was left out of the bag.
The manager, Will, is phenomenal. I wish he was surrounded by more individuals that cared. Even a small amount.

The food itself is as expected for a fast food place and good/ average but the service makes it a 1 star… the people working usually do not even speak when spoken to or close the drive thru window on you while your still talking… and if you ever use points for any item you can expect it to be half empty or cold depending on the item… 1 star overall simply due to the service being the literal worst.
