We ordered takeout from this location yesterday. The store was clean upon arrival- you could see there wasn’t any food dropped on the floor or mess around where they prepare the pizzas. The guy who helped me at the counter was polite and friendly even when I came back into the store for plates/napkins. And, the food was great. We ordered 2 pizzas and some garlic bread bites. The pizzas had enough topping and were cooked well, and the bread bites were nice and soft (not overcooked). We’ll definitely be back, and this visit made my sister realize how good dominos pizza can be.

Ordered 2 pizzas from here 2 weeks ago, and neither pizza was cut at all!! Ordered 2 pizzas for delivery on 2/9/26, and the delivery driver left the pizzas right up against my door… I had to push the pizzas across the porch to open the door. Common sense should tell someone to not put pizzas right against the door that needs to be opened to get the pizza off the porch… but pizza was good.

My grandmother orders pizza one day of almost every week from here. She likes her cheese pizza lightly cooked, not “burnt” as she would say. A pizza I would eat can be nasty to her, she’s just a bit picky. She needs a little extra care with some extra sauce for her pizzas. This experience I had with Jason was fantastic customer service. Upon receiving the pizza in the store, He noticed my inspection of the pizza and asked if it everything was okay and to my liking. I then explained to him my dilemma, it’s not a pizza for me, its for my grandmother. He understood immediately and offered to make things right if there was any issue. I was on the fence because it seemed like her sauce was a little light but I honestly didnt want to make a big deal of it. Jason said it would be no problem at all for him to fix the issue and wouldn’t take long. He may have handled her order before and knew how serious the matter was. So naturally he made a pizza, that made a grandmother, very very pleased. He who has a bun knows how it’s done. Excellent elderly customer service.

Worst domino’s order I ever received.
Pizza’s was burnt the sandwiches had barely anything on em. This location probably shouldn’t exist the employees don’t even wear gloves will preparing orders. Had to email customer service because these employees don’t care.. they need to all be retrained or replaced before this location goes out of business.

I ordered online several hours ahead, knowing Halloween would be insanely busy for pizza. My pickup was set for 4:45, and when I arrived a few minutes early, every curbside spot was full, nine people were waiting in the lobby, and over twenty orders filled the tracker board!
The Domino’s Redbank team was working like a beehive—coordinated, efficient, and focused under their “Queen Bee,” the manager. Every team member anticipated the next move, communicated perfectly, and still managed to greet every customer with a friendly “Hey, how can I help you?” or “Welcome in!”
My order took a bit longer than promised, but watching them operate was impressive. The front counter employee kept me updated, and I could see the whole crew hustling nonstop to meet everyone’s needs. When my pizzas came out, they were hot, fresh, and beautiful—well worth the wait.
Amazing teamwork, Redbank Domino’s! You turned Halloween chaos into a masterclass in coordination and customer care.

Beware if you want tv offer 2 topping medium pizza for 699, do not come to this location. Clerk denied the offer and only gave it to us, after getting a nod from the “boss”. The attitude was extra and not appreciated.

Today was my first time going to the Red Bank Dominos in Lexington SC. The customer service is terrible. The employees aren’t friendly, they don’t greet you when you come in the door. The male employee who waited on me appeared to not like his job and didn’t want to be there.
The pizza was pretty good, just a little greasy. The employees at this location need to be retrained because they lack customer service skills!!

I came in 30 mins before close and the person working was so nice about it. My pizza came out looking so good and it was exactly what I ordered. All the ingredients tasted amazing and the crust was cooked perfectly. Will definitely be back!!
