My son liked oatmeal and iced coffee for breakfast. Every visit sonethings missing from my order. After repeated visits inside to get missing items. I tell a worker my frustration. His answer was ” its mcdonolds” Ive not always loved my jobs but i took pride in them. This said it all for me. I will NEVER EVER return to any Mcdonolds for anything. My 18$ breakfast isnt good enough for simple service. There are plenty of other places that will get it right. To be honest. WYGELS a gas station has better breakfast the Mcdonolds. Get twice the food for the same cost and i dont need worry about mistakes because i take the poor service out of the issue. Do it myself. To the young man that said that. This is how your life will go. Excuses as to why simple things cant be done right.

My boyfriend went into this store to pick up an online order, but the app seemed to have glitched, so the system “wasn’t” receiving the order. He politely tried to explain and show the order to someone, WHO IS THE DISTRICT MANAGER OF THIS LOCATION, and they decided to not help, but instead make it his problem. I understand if people try and ask for free food without proof, BUT HE HAD HIS ONLINE RECEIPT FOR IT. She told him to cancel the order, and which he did, but she then told him to ring up again and pay “twice as much”. Her excuse was now, “we don’t have evidence of the order now”, WHICH SHE SAID TO CANCEL! I would’ve raised hell, but I get that some people are not fit for customer service. We will be calling the bank to get our money back, and I will not let this go unnoticed. District managers should not act like this, they are suppose to be role models and run places, not make the experience worse.

Use to, if i was 2nd car in line at 5:00 am I would be back on rd by 5:03. They didnt even take 1st car order till 5:03..back on road @5:12…ladys feet at 2nd window may be froze to floor she walkin around like a slug on a log. Get to work, and the pancakes are soggy. Cmon Hixson McDs, yall can do better. Now the little lady that does take orders and money at 1st window, is always super sweet and kind.

I just wanted to give a shout out to John morning shift September 25th 2025. I’m 62 years old almost LOL and had just downloaded the mobile app. Couldn’t figure out how to get one of the deals on the mobile app. but John stepped up and helped out. I know that he’s an exceptional employee and has great customer service skills. I’ve owned my own business before and I would hire him on the spot. Thank you John for all you do for your customers. have a blessed day.

Mobile orders “are not accepted at this location. You’ll have to go inside to take care of it” was what we were told at the drive through. Would have been nice if the app would have told us. Then I go inside and I stood at the counter waiting to talk to a person for 10 minutes. No one acknowledged me. Employees walked past me to go take their breaks and eat food in the dining area. Fine sure, everyone deserves a break. But no one is manning the counter? For 10 minutes? I eventually changed the order in the app to a pick up in store and then it got processed. I never did manage to speak to a human being. I was never given directions on what to do. They had a pretty unhelpful sign. Because how would you know before you arrive?

Cold fries, cold nuggets and a large drink half filled. What gives? I know…. The manager sitting on his rear smoking away with another associate, sitting on the ground like bumbs. Rather than doing their job. The drive thru window is soooo dirty!! Disgusting!! I don’t even wanna know what the grill area looks like. Bleh! I don’t think they clean or monitor the food. Horrible!! Just close this place. You won’t find hard work, hot food or even competency at this location. Just shut it down. And tell the managers to quit smoking. Sincerely, a hard worker with standards, that cares about other people, food and health safety. Evidently the managers and district manager/owner of this franchise does not..

The worst service. The cashier was slow confused not friendly and not motivated. Advertisement for Sharock shake and didn’t have the ingredients to make it. Smh. My quarter pounder was old and cold with the wrong bun. So unorganized.

This is probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I went here once months ago and had a terrible experience. I went again and it was still terrible in entirely new ways. I’ll just avoid it in the future.

The first time I went, I was with my kids. I ordered at the kiosk. I got a meal and they ordered Happy Meals. When we get the food, my daughter’s Happy Meal doesn’t have fries and they gave her honey mustard instead of honey. No big deal, I’ll go to the counter and get it fixed. Well, cue me standing at the counter for like 10 minutes while all of the employees seem to be trying their best to avoid making eye contact. By the time I finally get their attention and get it fixed, my kids are literally already done eating and my food is cold.

The second time, I went with just my daughter. The kiosk is weird, there are random items not available for sale for some mysterious reason. They have medium and large Diet Coke but just large and no medium Coke. I begrudgingly order a large Coke even though I don’t want a large.

My daughter goes to play in the Play Place, but comes back because “It’s too loud.” because some alarm is blaring in there and no one is doing anything about it.

After I order, the machine doesn’t print my receipt. So, I have no idea what my order number is, neither does anyone else who’s waiting. Despite this, and me and other people waiting informing them of it, the same employee continues to call out numbers as orders come up. Each time, we explain that no one knows their numbers, so she needs to tell us what the order is. It seems to have no effect, she reads another number.

We get the food. I just get a cup and fill it on my own. So, I could have ordered medium Diet Coke instead. I quickly check the order before leaving the counter and once again, it’s honey mustard instead of honey. I ask for the honey, the employee says it’s in there and looks confused. She gives me more honey mustard. “HONEY.” I stress and she finally gives me honey.

The place is dirty and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in days. It looks run down like they could close any moment, and probably should. If you go, you’ll feel like you’re on a hidden camera show because there’s no way a McDonald’s could be this bad.

Not sure what’s happened, but eating in the lobby with my family is no longer a comfortable experience. Staff is great, food is up to standards, but when you can’t eat in peace without your wife and children being harassed by the other “patrons”, then it’s no longer worth it. Drive thru only, lobby isn’t safe anymore.
