Drive thru experience:
Guy taking order was nice & polite.
Second window to pick up food – 2 separate employees asked me twice what my order was. I them both it was an order of large fries and to please add ketchup packets.
Fries were unsalted and soggy. Tasted like when you keep leftover fries and reheat them the next day even though you know it’s gonna taste bad.
They also forgot the ketchup packets.

Appreciate the lady’s helping me out regardless it’s unacceptable to have employees that don’t pay attention when cooking food, it’s disgusting knowing your serving food and someone could get food poisoning for not cooking the meal right

I come here when I don’t feel like battling lunch traffic to get to Hugh Baby’s. It’s 5 minutes from my office so it’s fast and convenient. They do a good job at getting me in and out. My average visit lasts 5 minutes or less. You don’t get concierge service but, it’s McDonalds. I don’t expect it. What o do is expect is to get my $15 worth when I order a “large” fry. My first job was at Wendy’s and when you order a “Biggie” Fry, it’s full. Every time I order large fries, at this location, it’s half empty and the most of the fries are less than 2” long. That’s really my only complaint. The food is always fresh, accurate, and hot. Please, just fill the fry box. Prices have doubled in the last two years. Make me feel better about spending $15 on McDonald’s.

Terrible drive thru….. white lady in her mid 30’s or 40’s at the first window had a horrible attitude and got annoyed when I asked her a simple question. She closed the window so I wouldn’t hear what she was saying underneath her breath.

I will no longer be dining at McDonald’s. I visited the Nolensville Pike location (#10050) and ordered a large 10-piece nugget meal with a large Icy. Instead, I was given a medium meal with a small drink. When I asked about the mistake, the employee at the window was dismissive and offered no apology. This experience was unacceptable and represents an ongoing pattern of poor service. I will be sharing this feedback publicly so other customers are aware. This location needs significant improvement.

I deliver for DoorDash at various restaurants and locations, but this McDonald’s branch really stood out. Within 15 minutes, I was able to pick up two different orders, and the customer service was truly above and beyond. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made my experience exceptional. They definitely deserve recognition and a bonus. I left feeling happy and appreciated.
