The manager at the first drive-thru window (TODAY about an hour ago), that took my money, was rude for no reason. All I asked her was why the Senior Coffee seemed like it was the same price as the regular one. Her response was ‘ I don’t make the prices’. When I tried to clarify my question, she just said ‘Have a good day’. When people approach you respectfully, there is no reason to be rude. I was just trying to figure out if the price had gone up.

DONT ORDER HERE!! I mobile ordered for curbside pick up for a double cheeseburger meal and 2 mocha frapes, and didn’t get my food for 15 minutes, I went inside to see what was taking so long and I saw my food sitting on the counter inside with workers just walking past it. I had to go inside and get my food that was already finished being made for a MOBLE CURBSIDE PICK UP. Also, the 2 mocha frappes were under portioned and had barely any chocolate drizzle or whipped cream. Awful service because of how long it took for a very simple order that they didn’t even get fully right. Your stereotypical Mc Donalds.

The fryer grease was old so the hash brown tasted terrible. The English muffin was burnt. What customer service? We ordered on the order screen and it took 10 minutes to get our order. Probably one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve been in. They also have a sign up saying you have 30 minutes to eat and leave. Not very friendly if you need to work on the go.

Two teens were outside smoking rught next to the drive through, and proceeded to yell out we are closed. Two cars drove away, one of them being me and my gf. Otw home I called the store and they said they were open for another hour and a half. I called the manager and she informed me that the situation will be escalated, but nothing will be done and the establishment will stay at its 3 stars or less. Deplorable service

It’s impossible to find good customer service now a day. I had a mobile order and when I got to the window I asked for a cup of water they said they are charing for that now which is insane but I said that it was OK and that I didn’t mind paying for it the person at the window got an attitude with me and gave me a cup of ICE and closed the window. I wished that was the end of it but when I call the store I asked to speak to the manager and the lady on the phone said she was but I never got a name and she did not care for my frustration. It’s very disappointing to see because I work in customer service as well and I know sometimes it can be challenging but never did I raise my voice or speak rudely so to be treated like that was very insulting I will not be coming back.

Went to McD on 27th tonight in Ocala. I’m only giving 1 star to leave the review. I’ve been to this location a few times and decided to give it one last try. BAD IDEA. I will never ever use this location again. Went in for the beloved shamrock shake. This is 2nd time I’ve been here just for this shake and both times the “machine is down” couldn’t they put it in the mcflurry machine and mix it up….this is a limited time only thing. Moving on with my order I ordered a #7 – 2 cheese burger meal no pickle and substitute the coke for a shake. When we got our order and drove away what we got was this. 2 double cheeseburgers made completely wrong and cold hard fries….I get it, it’s fast food, but WTH we are all struggling out here, but how on earth do u mess up a 2 cheeseburger meal. I have witnessed more than once employees being rude to customers along with numerous health violations. I’m over it I’ll go to McD on 40 now, they are friendly and get there orders right and service with a smile…..Do better isn’t enough with the crew in 27th. I will call corporate tomorrow.

Awful experience. Stood in kiosk for 10 minutes. No one greeted me and TWO employees walked right by me. There was also someone behind me in line. Didn’t even get to pay for my food, let alone order. Never going back, or even for drive thru. Awful experience and I hated every second of it.
