This particular McDonalds has a very difficult time getting orders correct. I order unsweetened tea and over half of the time they give me sweet tea. As a diabetic, I can’t drink.it, and I don’t like it. The record was 4 visits in a row that they got it wrong. Another issue is when I ask for a burger without pickles. They seem to have a hard time understanding that request. I normally wouldn’t complain, if it were once, or even twice, but, again….it is often the norm. I would love to see them improve on their consistency and attention to detail. I have stopped going for myself, this particular visit was for a friend, and they didn’t have her 4 apple pies, only 3.

Took my order ar drive thru. Heard employees on the background goofing off while talking my order. Had to repeat my order 3 timed due the the employees being so loud. They got both of the Big Macs on my order wrong. The ticket shows I order them with no lettuce. Instead they only had lettuce on them with no sauce or pickles. Inexcusable. Very unprofessional settings and lack of on to detail. I hope the manager gets fired

I like this McDonald’s okay for the most part. They usually get my orders wrong and I usually check my bag before I leave. And I quit ordering fries from the restaurant because they’re always very salty and very old. The only thing I really like there is there caramel frappes. They do stay pretty busy and the employees are usually nice and helpful when you have to come back through the drive-thru or go in to get your order corrected.

Every time I stop for breakfast the egg mcmuffin one day the muffin will be toasted next day it will be straight out of the package and the next time it will be lightly toasted. The ladies at the window are usually very friendly.

Just terrible. I order Big Mac combo threw the fries away after the lady telling me they just dropped them more than once and that they were fresh. Nope they weren’t. That is one the worst experience. Ever at any McDonald’s. So disappointing. I felt bad when I left because I complained about the fries and then when I opened my bidmac box you could tell that wasn’t fresh

I ordered less than 30 minutes ahead.
I got here. They still told me to pull forward which is absolutely not right.
Furthermore, when I pulled up to the speaker box it took a moment more than a few moments for someone to answer and then they couldn’t even type in my code correctly.
I know this is Portland Tennessee but come on people get your stuff together. Do it right!

I’ve been to this McDonald’s many times, usually because the vote of the party is to go there for lunch rather than another fast food place. However, I still want to eat, so I order some cheeseburgers most of the time. This would be fine, if not for the fact that nearly every single time I go here my order is not at all how I requested it. They get my drink right, sometimes… I ask for no ice and they have still put ice in it. The fries are -usually- good, but it’s unpredictable. I would not recommend. The only reason it is not a one star is for the speed of service and because the frappe’s are pretty decent.

Me and my girlfriend went through the drive through and I said a Db ch meal and a sprite and I would like to have a 1 m French fries and m frz bl Rspry.. but I didn’t get my sprite or my fries so my old lady went in and they had attitude with her and everything like that but she got the sprite and fries though!! Never going back there again!!! They was so busy and not a lot of staff
