This is what passes for a 7 dollar burger these days. I included the credit card in the photo for size comparison. The bacon was burnt and we had to wait 10 minutes in front of the building just to get our terrible food. We were supposedly waiting for fries to cook, but they came out cold and not even a full order. Then we had to wait again because they left out my daughter’s order.

I order 2 double cheeseburgers and small fries, no ones behind me I still have to pull up, everyone that then comes after me gets their food and I wait 10 minutes just for some dork with girly nails to ask me “did you have the cheeseburger extra cheese” I said yes thinking it was mine and no I got a burger with only cheese and 10 chicken nuggets. Place always does this your better going 10 minutes down the road to the hermitage location but it’s okay this place doesn’t care about us or the service.

I worked years ago and it was pretty convenient and fast. Now it’s snails pace. Just the other day I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes just to order. There’s no one in front of me. How is that acceptable. I got to the store at 11am and sat till 11:50. I don’t know who took over the store but it’s straight going belly up at this rate. I didn’t even get everything I ordered and was charged twice for my order. This place is a train wreck. Also, you try and call this store and they instantly hang up on you never again

The lady working fry station was picking food out of her teeth as she was handling food?! Also a member of management dropped a happy meal box in the floor picked it up put it back on counter instead of disposal to trash..besides no air conditioning.

We just went through the drive thru at about 9pm Friday night for my grandmother and everything was horrible. We asked for modifications on some of our food and none of it was met. The service was horrible, he was rude and made us felt very rushed. They didn’t ask what we wanted to drink with our kids meal, gave us a sprite without asking, did not give us a straw for said sprite, and it was just an overall bad experience. It’s sad, honestly.

This McDonald’s ALWAYS messes your order up. just ordered chicken nuggets didn’t even get them and 4 Strawberry and cream pies and got all apple pies. why is it so hard to get people’s orders right. then I’ve called like 20 times it rings one time and hangs up. REALLY!? YOU HAVE TO DO BETTER.

This store is consistently bad. Poor quality, cold and old food, slow service, missing items from the order, pretty much what one has come to expect from McDonald’s. As a multi-disciplined engineer, it warms my heart to know that soon this store will be fully automated and this whole team will be out of a job. An automated system does not ignore quality timers, does not leave items out of an order, does not call out sick, does not fail to wash its hands, and does not believe it should be making more money. Nope. Soon, QSCV will return to McDonald’s, sans the incompetent worker that wants more money but operates at a level below what they are already paid. Until the store is automated, avoid it, unless you like hard and cold nuggets, paying for items that don’t make it into the bag, cold burgers, soggy under-cooked fries, and the wonder of making a career out of a trip through the drive-thru. Worst McDonald’s Store Ever!!!

Ordered at the kiosk, where the credit card machine didn’t work correctly. I was instructed to take the receipt to the cashier to pay for my order, but a receipt never printed. When I came up to the cashier, she ran off, and I stood there along with other waiting in line for 10-15 minutes. Half the line walked out, and so did I. I probably won’t be back to this location.

A sit down restaurant would be quicker than this drive thru. Waited for 25 minutes to order. I was 3 cars back when I pulled up. They don’t alternate lanes, and the far lane moved quicker. No food is worth waiting this long. Won’t be coming back to this location.
