I just went thru this Mcdonald’s drive through and they were crushing it! The line moved quickly, each window double checked the order, and they offered sauces and jelly. It was the best experience I have had in years!

Hands down the best McDonald’s out there. With one or two rare exceptions these are some of the nicest McDonald’s employees I’ve ever experienced. I go through several times a week and enjoy my quick chats at the drive-thru. Service is usually quick. I’ve only once had an issue with accuracy.

Drive thru at 9pm took forever seemingly to only get Luke warm fish filet and near warm fries with a bad tasting sprite obviously from a dirty coke freestyle machine. What the what?!?? You pay top dollar prices for scrappy food AND service.
So mcD’s sends a dead end link as basically no nothing type response to try and fake a response or take it off line so no one can see that they didn’t do anything but go through the motions. Cut the clown act, be responsible and make things right. If you worked as hard to take care of customers as you do to dodge and not make things right McD’s wouldn’t be scrambling to try find out why they’ve lost so much business!!! It’ll be some time before we consider coming back that’s for sure.

Swear to God this place never had their ice cream machine working and refuses to take it off the menu. I order through the kiosk, so I don’t know until my order comes if the machine is out. Last time they didn’t even replace it, nor did they offer a refund. They just dropped my food off and left. The good thing is the fries are ALWAYS fresh whenever I get them.

This location doesn’t even deserve a 1 star! HORRIBLE customer service. Ordered grinch meal and they did not give me a receipt OR the grinch socks (after getting home I realized this) then when I called customer service they said I had to go back to the store (thats a 40min round trip drive for me) and I wasn’t going to be going that way the next day. When I did go back the employees were RUDE again just like when I was there originally they refused to do ANYTHING to make this right!!! I will tell everyone I know to never go there again and I will certainly NOT go back. Oh and the “DM” supposedly is who I spoke to there.

It’s McDonald’s same as everywhere. However, this was really fast and fries were nice and hot. Prices are of course crazy for what once used to be the most affordable fast food.

I’ve never been impressed by the quality of service at this location. My son got apple slices with his happy meal today, and the expiration date was 2 days old. Makes you wonder what else is expired that they are serving you. Today is 1-28. They expired on 1-26. I do not reccomend.
