McD’s is always solid for a quick breakfast. The crew is friendly, although there are times it ideal difficult to communicate with them. The store is clean and it is a safe atmosphere.

Other than the drive-thru being backed up to the road, and it taking longer than it should have because more people should utilize the app for ordering so that things move along more quickly, which isn’t the fault of any of the employees of this or any McDonald’s, I had a pleasant experience. I was late for work even though I left early so that I could stop for my Pumpkin Iced Coffee for $1 at breakfast, but that’s my fault. At least it was made correctly and tasted delicious!

Zero stars, we went in and the manager was mopping so we proceeded to the kiosk to order,we’ll she turned around and started backwards walking backwards, and my husband said “oh we’re behind you” where she proceeded to ignore him and then bumped into him, didn’t even look up just kept mopping. And so we went to the other side with the free kiosk where she then came over and mopped between the kiosk and the wall to the first set of seating where my husband’s foot was and she said “excuse me” where she then proceeded to MOP HIS FOOT. we walked out worst manners ever.

I will say this. This place is just nasty inside the building. Nothing is clean when it’s slow. The play area is as bad as the done in. I only come since my son wants to play around a bit. But even he doesn’t like this location much. Rather go to the locations in Mount Juliet that seem cleaner and more functional in the play area.

It’s pretty obvious your “cook” is not throwing out the burger meat after the allowed wait time. That daily meat was probably sitting out for hours. You’re going to make people sick if you KEEP DOING THAT.

Ordered in the mobile app. Nothing useful showed on the screen behind the counter. Three or four employees just walking around in circles doing nothing. Stood there for 10 minutes before someone finally asked if the order that had been sitting there the entire time was mine, and it was. Received a hash brown that looked like it was half eaten already. No straw with my unsweet tea that was conveniently in the bag so that the ice could melt while simultaneously cooling my food. The tea tasted like it was made three days ago and mixed with fabuloso.

If you order here use the app, if the app doesn’t work just leave. Ordering at the counter will guarantee that your order will be wrong. They do not care and do not listen.

Clean restaurant. Staff are friendly and responsive. Had an issue with our order but they fixed it quickly. This location usually has a large number of Hispanic folks working here, so if you need a bilingual order taker this might be your best bet. Really a classy McDonald’s, if that’s possible.
