I witnessed a customer approach the counter and ask for some sauce. The employees just looked at him and ignored him. After a while they asked if he needed anything. He said he just needed sauce and that everything else was correct. They kept asking if his order was correct and that he just needed sauce for his meal. One of the employees then under her breath said “That’s not what I asked you but whatever”. This frustrated the customer but finally got him his sauce. After he left they said if he ever came back they would mess up his food. I was not happy with the way they handled this at all.

Just went via drive thru. Was charged large fri and drink. Woman in second window told us “no” when I tried to show her the drink, receipt, and fries, she shut the window!! (See picture of fries and drink)

When the food is correct, it is usually made and prepared well. However, this location struggles 90% of the time with food item/ order accuracy. They struggle with reading the order and checking the bag has all items included in the bag. It is even worse with DoorDash. I usually am missing 2 or more items when I DoorDash from this location and I and have to dispute it each time. I have heard from many other locals this is common problem at this location. The management should care enough to fix this problem.

Went there twice in the past 3 weeks. Ordered crispy chicken biscuit both times. It was raw in center first time. Thought that wouldn’t happen again…2nd time it was raw too. The mocha frappe was half prepared also…a topping was missing…we give it a second try but we won’t be going back.

Do not eat here after 4pm or your food is not going to be in bag -Always 1 item or more missing! If you get your food it’s old, cold & not worth eating! I never complain but I just got done going through drive-thru where workers were rude- standing around with 5/6 people hanging out in lobby (friends of employees) not working & my food is so bad I’m throwing it out & calling management in morning just ridiculous……A waste of time & more than that my money!!!!!

Why tf would you choose breakfast time (7:30am) to “clean the frappe machine”? Makes absolutely no sense to clean a coffee machine during a day part where you sell the most coffee. I was a GM for many many years… Just tell the truth “we don’t feel like making frappés today”… This has happened twice in a 4 day period and probably would’ve been 4 out of 4 had I bothered trying to get one. If you don’t want my $5 for a cup of coffee I’ll gladly go elsewhere.

Messed up my order multiple times, had an attitude when I asked for it to be corrected, had me wait over 20 mins then asked what was I even waiting for because they forgot about me. Took my receipt to fix order & STILL messed my order up & they never gave my receipt back. Called the next day to speak to a manager to get it resolved & they said too bad so sad basically that my receipt was taken & asked could I bring the food back, why would I keep food for over a day ??? plus my burgers were raw. never going back.
