Received the wrong order on the drive through. When I called them to let them know, the lady I talked to on the phone was extremely rude! She said I needed to bring the food back with the receipt. When I told her I had the receipt but had already threw out the food and would need to get it out of the trash. I tried to call back multiple times and talk to the manger and no one would answer and the voicemail was full. I do NOT recommend this McDonalds.

The food rating is a little lower because it’s McDonald’s not a five star restaurant. Service is good at this location. Atmospheres fine. I like this location because they have great employees working there. They seem to have the same crew often.

2 orders same day. 1st ordered a bacon egg and cheese biscuit, I got to work and found I had a sausage egg Mcmuffin which means whoever ordered that got the wrong order to. Same day, ordered a double quarter pounder w cheese meal with no onions for lunch, got to the window and I’m told to move to the next window to wait since it’s special order, I wait about 6 minutes, get my food and go to work. Open it up and it’s loaded with onions and no cheese.

Yikes, guess the remodel was for nothing? So I have been to this McDonald’s twice in the past two weeks in the mornings around 7am. When I pulled in, the drive through only had maybe 6-8 cars. Historically that means I should be able to get through pretty quick. The last two times I have been here they have only had one employee running the entire drive through…. They did not have the pay window open, so they were only utilizing the #1 pickup window. I am confused why during the busiest time in the morning you would only have one employee scheduled and only be using one of the 3 windows? After my first visit I gave the benefit of the doubt as I know that many businesses are struggling to hire enough employees, but that was ridicules. Both trips took over 20 min from pull in to pull out, and there were less than 10 people in front of me. I have been to a lot of McDonald’s, but this one is one of the worst. Its a shame because their location is great. Maybe someday they will get their act together, but until then I will be staying away.
