So I ordered a double cheeseburger meal for $15… and got this.
Apparently “double” means two see-through patties that look like someone scraped the grill clean and called it dinner. No cheese, no flavor — just disappointment between two buns.
I didn’t know “transparent beef” was a thing, but Freddy’s proved me wrong.
Second visit… and definitely my last.

Our custard was good but we literally waited 40 minutes in the drive thru line. When we got to the window you would think our three custards would be ready, but no…we sat there for another ten minutes. The server was rude and never even apologized for the wait. The food is fine, but the service was horrible. We will not be back.

We’ve always come here for the frozen treats but we got freebies from Tmovile Tuesday deal so we get to try their burger. Wasn’t that bad. I like the shoe string fries. We of course had the frozen custard after. Workers, specially the guy behind the counter that Friday night was phenomenal. We haven’t tried redeeming anything, he was very patient as we had to do it on our phone one at a time.

The drive through was pathetically trashy. I got a “large” but received the quantity of a child’s meal. No straws. No sauce, I don’t even know why he cared to ask and have this full conversation about it, really. The food tastes undercooked and a lot like I’m pissed, and of course, no receipt.

This place SUCKS!!!!
The “Workers” SUCK!!!… their “Manager” left early yet they gave me a burger without fries and said they didn’t have enough?… yet they continued to serve the drive thru and gave them their orders and yet I was waiting on my fries… waited for 10-15 mins for the rest of my order and yet they didn’t drop any fries for my order… asked where my fries were and they didn’t even bother to drop any only when I asked… one person was in the back doing who knows what??? I’m guessing she was complaining that the GM left early because she and another worker we’re talking about it at the front, in front of myself and my wife… I was frustrated and asked for a full refund I didn’t even bother to eat at this “establishment”… on top of that they were not even busy!… 3 people in the restaurant and 3cars that went through the drive thru… NEVER GOING TO WASTE MY HARD EARNED MONEY AT THIS THING THEY CALL A RESTAURANT… POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR SERVICE PERIOD!!!

It’s the darndess thing, you go in and there’s this counter, and at this counter there is people waiting there to help you and take your order. Then here is the gosh darndess thing ever, and it must be from all the people in the back, or It’s majic; not really sure, but all of a sudden the food is delivered to the other side of the counter. It’s just amazing, bu that’s not all, if you turn around you’ll see that there are tables, yes I said tables. They let you sit at them to eat your tasty meal that just popped out on the other side of the counter. Really, you should stop in and see for yourself.

Can’t believe that they charge $5.00 upcharge for a large cheese curds and this is what you get. So small serving and burnt. There is literally 13 curds in container. I’ve ordered regular at other locations and gotten more food. Employee said its all normal. I will not be back to this location
