Maybe I just got the right crew but today’s meal was superb especially for over processed fast food. The team had my order ready as soon as I entered the store and I had just ordered from the app about 3 minutes before arriving. The food itself was great (for a McDonalds) and the service was beyond good. They have a tiny little play area for small children which is a plus for the parents that enjoy quietly eating and the dining area was relatively clean. I’m actually impressed with s.o.s. because they served a DoorDash, My order and a full line at the drive through and got every single order off on time and smooth as silk.

I walk in, stand at the register to order, and the manager is in the kitchen, literally staring at me. No greeting, no acknowledgment and no order taking she waits for some girl to do it lousy example of leadership.

The establishment maintains a high standard of professionalism and cleanliness. The food was served at an appropriate temperature and appeared to be freshly prepared. Overall, the experience was satisfactory.

This McDonald’s is by far the worst one in the area. I went during breakfast and ordered Hotcakes. When I politely asked for an extra syrup packet at the window, I was told it would cost 50 cents. The Spring Hill location has never charged me for an extra syrup packet, so I asked for clarification. Instead of answering my question, the employee refused to respond. When I asked to speak with a manager, he shut the window on me and ignored the request.
At that point, I just left rather than having to go inside and search for a manager myself. Very unprofessional experience, and I’m leaving this review because the situation was handled poorly from start to finish.

I ordered a chicken deluxe meal. The sandwich was the worst sandwich I have ever tried to eat, anywhere. I took a bite and it was so tough I couldn’t bite through it. I took the meal back to the counter and told them the sandwich was awful. I was so pissed I did not even ask for another or a refund. Just walked out. Alan B.

I order a happy meal through the app for the advertised pokemon toy but didn’t get the correct one the staff didn’t even know it was supposed to come out even though it is on the app the in store menu the display and outside window. They then refused a refund because it was a mobile order

Once they forgot to put the meat in my hamburger… Complained and they offered to give me a new hamburger the next time I came in… Gee thanks… I get the hamburger I already paid for… Forget the fact you ruined my lunch.
Today they put lettuce tomato onion and mayo on 2 double cheese burgers… Leaving off the 2nd piece of cheese and pickles… When I didn’t customize the burgers at all… Aka ruined it.
Sent in customer feedback and got an apology… From the “customer service” manager Janine Jerrel… An apology doesn’t give the money you stole back.
Not sure why I thought they might get an order right or care about fixing it cause they don’t.

Ordered a number 3 in the drive through, was then pulled to the 3rd window while everyone else got their food and was served ice cold fries and a burger so raw it nearly soaked out of the bottom of the bag. Absolutely awful
