The staff is slow, disrespectful, and lazy. I dash in this area a lot and I’m always waiting way longer than I should, an order could be ready by the time I get here but I still wait 20-30 minutes to get it because the employees ignore me and stand around where we can see each other and never come over to the pick up window. They also don’t make sure that dashers confirm orders, I have come here to pick up someone’s food but it turns out they don’t have it because it was stolen by the dasher before me, 3 different times. There’s also tons of flies in the dining area.

What a horrible McDonalds. Waited in line Saturday morning for 30 mins just to get to the place where you give them your order. They told me to hold. After 15 mins of holding I left. Was taking about 10 minutes for each car’s order. Terrible operations. Can’t recommend. Won’t go back. There are much better competitors available.

This is the slowest McDonalds I have ever been to in my life! I have been to this location about 3 times and it is slower and slower each time! Today it was a 30 min wait and there was only 4 cars ahead of me. Not sure this counts as fast food at all.

Every single time my husband and I try to go to this McDonald’s they are rude, they ignore us , I’ve waited on the drive thru and they let several cars go from only one side til I was loud enough to make the person in front of me speak up and say something. Today was especially dumb. The girl taking the orders and money at the first window was completely incapable and making every single person wait for an extended amount of time. Watched a guy pull up to the window in front where they bring your meal out. It took so long he went inside. The guy with his food walked past him and he followed him out to his car and with receipt in hand the kid denied the man his food because he wasn’t in his car. And he took his food back in with him. Do not recommend this McDonald’s, especially drive thru. And the amount of times they can’t get my simple order right is ridiculous. My husband just likes extra spicy sauce on his sandwich and they gave him the wrong sauce altogether.

The morning staff at this location is always amazing and accurate. The few times I’ve been in the afternoon/evening the workers are always rude or seem to have attitudes, not listening when the order is given or practically just toss the bag in the car with no words. Not all of the workers have been like this but it’s has been at least one on every occasion. The morning staff deserve 5 star ratings all around but this is specifically for the afternoon/evening staff.

It was almost surreal walking in there since last time I was there. The drink area is gone and the only thing I could see were tables, chairs, and kiosks. If this is the future of fast food, it’s kind of depressing. The only time I was spoken to was number 66? When my order was brought out, couldn’t even see into the kitchen. I don’t like not being able to see my food being made!
