Honestly, the young gentleman at the pay here window and young female at window 1 that’s gave me my food – that I dealt with tonight were really great in humor, had a really good attitude, and very professional plus quick!
My reason for the amount of stars that I gave for food is that mine and my kiddos chicken nuggets and fries were cooked in old oil, by the taste and color of them. For some very odd our sweet teas BOTH have after taste of coffee…. Never experienced that before in my life.
Funny enough to say that for the first time in my life, I have an issue with the food from McDonald’s and not from the employees. Which is also why I rarely eat out anymore.

Confirmed 5 or 6 times i was getting two egg mcmuffins, still got sausage mcmuffins even though I correct them every time. Needed hash browns but didnt want drinks. They were going to cancel refill that part of the order. I stead of $5.00 for the meal, 1 cent for meal deal, not taking drink meant extra $5.60 for hash browns. None of the muffins toasted at all, probably the worst McD I’ve ever encountered. Stunned. Not a hater, look at my many reviews, only second or third negative review. I would typically say nothing if bad experience because you never know what any one person is dealing with at that time. In this case, a collective effort top to bottom. Insane.

Giving one star because the lowest you can give !! Just ordered through DoorDash my order came items listed on bag but not in the bag. My DoorDash driver contacted them to go back and get missing items they told her for me to contact DoorDash for refund when they made the mistake. Friday night I took my daughter to this location and she wanted over 30 minutes for food and still no food and they had an attitude because she asked for a refund but she got it. They were not even that busy they are by far the slowest and least professional location in Clarksville avoid them if you looking for great service.

We ordered food for our whole family, but they didn’t even give us all our food. Quietly went back in the restaurant just to ask for the missing items and one of the workers starts yelling saying they know she gave us our fries, because she knew that she didn’t give us our burger or our apple pies. How is this to run a restaurant? Knowingly not finishing an order then getting mad because we ask for the food we paid for. Absolutely ridiculous especially for the price? Paying as much as a real restaurant just to get this poor service and disrespect? Do not waste your time or money

This place is kind of awful. The last time I went through the drive-through I ordered a 20pc chicken nugget and 2 mocha frappes. I had originally asked for a hot mocha but their “mocha machine” was broken. Again. I had gone by a week earlier and was told it was broken.
After paying and driving up to the 2nd window I was given 20 cold, stale chicken nuggets and then asked to pull over to the side with two other cars to wait for the frappes. After 20 minutes the woman in one of the other cars went over to complain about waiting for almost half an hour. I think they forgot about us. They didn’t even know what she was waiting for. Eventually someone came out with our stuff. She made some side comment about how she “literally had to kick the frappe machine” to get me my drinks; Might explain why their “Mocha Machine” is always broken.
I’ve been to this place 4 or 5 times and they always give me cold, stale food or just somehow mess up my order (I was once given a hot latte with a plastic dome lid and chocolate oozing all over the outside of the cup).
They need new management and some serious training at this place.

It took 20 minutes for them to make a 4 piece chicken nugget happy meal and a quarter pounder with cheese. They got my order completely wrong and then it took them about 10 minutes to fix it. They even had to send someone out to ask what I had ordered because they had no idea what my order was. I am severely disappointed and will not be back.

This is THEE worst McDonald’s I have ever seen. I am disgusted by both Wal-Mart and McDonald’s for letting it get this bad. Not only is the staff rude and lazy, but the store itself is grotesquely filthy. Upon walking into the Wal-Mart McDonald’s area, you can tell it is run down and needs work. The ceiling looks to be rotting and falling in. Things are held together by duct tape and very noticeable yellow caulking. The tables are sticky and have gunk on them. The back area looks unsanitary, as if it hasn’t been washed or scrubbed in 3 years. The ice machine was opened to add more ice while we were there, and my friend and I saw green goopy, slime, which indicates that it hasn’t been cleaned in a very long time. I was skepticable about drinking a fountain drink from there to begin with, but upon seeing the ice machine I wanted to vomit. I’m extremely surprised it passed the health inspection. It should be shut down and cleaned to its very core before being able to reopen.

I have went here several times and very rarely is my food fresh. I only go back hoping that it was just a fluke but nothing never changes. The employees are poorly trained and act like they just dont care about customer service. So for anybody in the clarksville area, if your really want McDonalds I would suggest to drive to one of there other locations in Clarksville like Wilma Rudolf or Madison St.
