They lost my business – one week ordered a quarter pounder with cheese, they gave me a burger with only cheese, I went back and waited about 7min until someone begrudgingly helped me. They were not apologetic at all – only annoyed at me.
Came back the next week – fries were cold and undercooked. If fast food was still $5 for a meal, I would let it slide but they gotta up their game at this location.

Long wait, wrong drinks twice, and zero quality control!

Stopped by my local McDonald’s today and had one of the most frustrating drive thru experiences I’ve had in a long time.

First, I waited almost 4 minutes just to move forward while the vehicle ahead of me received their order. When I finally got to the window, the employee handed me a medium Coke Zero with barely any ice, then told me to pull up to the second window for my two sugar free vanilla iced coffees.

That’s where I sat for nearly seven more minutes. Eventually, an employee came over, apologized, said they had to make fresh coffee, and then tried handing me two large drinks. I accepted them, but immediately noticed something was off. Both drinks were an off-white color. I’ve ordered McDonald’s sugar free vanilla iced coffee for well over a decade, and it’s always a consistent light brown coffee color. These looked like milk.

I asked if they were actually sugar free vanilla iced coffees. The employee offered to remake them, but I took them and decided to try them first. Big mistake. The taste was awful. It did not taste like coffee at all. It was overly sweet and honestly closer to iced tea or flavored syrup than coffee.

I checked my receipt again to confirm. Yes, I ordered two sugar free vanilla iced coffees.

So, I went inside and waited patiently for the manager to finish helping another customer. I explained the issue, and the manager said she would remake them. About five minutes later, she returned with two new drinks, and somehow, they were even lighter than the first ones. I tasted one and it was even worse. Extremely sweet, no real coffee flavor, more like a vanilla milkshake than iced coffee.

At that point, I was done. I left both drinks at the soda refill counter and walked out.

Either the staff does not know how to make a sugar free vanilla iced coffee, or they do not care. What makes this even more frustrating is that later the same evening, I went to another nearby McDonald’s and ordered the exact same drinks with no issues at all. So, this is not a menu problem. It is a location training and quality control problem.

This store seriously needs better drink training, consistency, and basic customer service efficiency.

The drive thru woman was incredibly rude at this location this morning. Good job Nolensville location for this fine specimen. Most locations I’ve visited throughout the region have delivered great service. Food and coffee was good but the order taker has earned this review..

In the mornings, the lady working the 2nd window is so very pleasant and friendly. It’s nice to greet her in the morning. But, at what time do they stop serving yesterday’s biscuits? If I’m there before 7AM, it is definitely going to be a day-old biscuit. They are so good when they are fresh. Management: Just throw the old ones away; we can tell, and that’s not enough money savings to ruin your business over.

Hours show as 4am-11pm and they are NEVER OPEN before 5am. It doesn’t matter if you order drive thru or go in the restaurant. The “team” is always lazy and rude and orders are wrong half the time. There are 2 or 3 people in the morning that actually care about customer service. The frappes taste very chemically or moldy half the time. Food is always either really hard or missing! Good luck getting a refund or swapping for “fresh” food. Do better!!!

The person over the megaphone on 6/27 in the drive thru was very rude just even saying hello or anything. Additionally I believe she messed with my order as my cooked to order QPC is literally raw. Unprofessional for no reason and you’re having the cook or yourself mess with my food? Yeah you lost a customer McDonalds. This even just look unacceptable!!!

Check every drive thru order. Apparently the people that work there cannot read or likely just do not care. Every time I preorder on the app, I get home and it is wrong at my expense! I am always shorted. McDonalds owes me several meals!

I really wanted to like this place. The sound system was horrible, toilets were stopped up in the women’s bathroom. The lady and her husband next to me paid over $100 for their food. Even after they informed their waitress that their food was cold when it arrived nothing but an apology from her was all they got. I really wanted to like this place. I really wanted to give this place a chance. I got the wrong order of food, but I was so hungry and we waited so long. I just took what she gave me.

The worst McDonald’s in the area. It’s so bad sometimes I go 10 minutes out of my way to the one at Nolensville rd/Old Hickory. They fill the fries half full and they’re always cold. Most of the time when I come here I’m missing items including whole sandwiches. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten home with missing food from this place. Today I got home with my daughter’s fish filet and the bun is rock solid and inedible. I’ll probably never come to this location again
