At first glance, my drinks weren’t full but whatever, I can deal with that. I get home and my fries are MAYBE half way full. And these are my snack wraps. The tenders should’ve been thrown out hours ago, I couldn’t even bring myself to try them. I got cookies also and they tasted DAYS old (I had to spit out the only bite I took out). I will be calling the health department tomorrow and reporting them for Time/Temperature abuse! Do better!!!!

The girl yelled for me to put table 10 back where it belongs not on the counter. I told her it for here not to go and it said they would bring to table. She threw her hand in the air and said leave. We come in this location twice or more a week. Never again.

People at the window were all very sweet. I got the grinch meal. It didn’t come with the box or the bag you’re supposed to get to shake the salt and fries together. My large fries were old, cold and only half full. My filet of fish was also cold. They didn’t put give me the sauce I requested for the nuggets either. Really disappointed in the food quality and attention to detail. If you aren’t going to give the boxes at least make sure everything is in there and fresh.

Order my food on app for curbside arrived and waited for 10 min and no food. Walk inside to get my food and service is slow and employees are just not wanting to move fast enough. Got my food and my tea which I ordered sweet tea and got home and it’s not. Opened food and burger doesn’t have extra pickles I ordered and burger still slight pink and fries were soggy and cold. Ordered two apple pies and they were overcooked. Overall service was terrible.

Waited 45+ minutes for a mobile order, and the app said my food was “ready” when it wasn’t. When I asked the manager about it, she was rude and refused a refund. Then she called the police and falsely claimed I was yelling, even though I stayed calm the whole time. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. Corporate needs to look into this.

Absolute disaster of a Big Mac. I opened the box to find one single patty instead of two, zero sauce, and every single pickle shoved into one corner like why. It’s like the person making it didn’t even try. To make matters worse, the fry container was only half full, my sweet tea had zero ice, and despite ordering eight ranches, there wasn’t a single one in the bag—along with no napkins and no straw.
On top of that, they force you to use those infuriating, stupid kiosks; I want my order taken by a living, breathing cashier, and I’ll be doggone if I’m going to do their job for them. I remained polite and professional throughout the encounter and was in no way a burden to the staff, yet I was still treated with total indifference because that’s just the way they are.
Go to Culver’s where they make real hamburgers and have real customer service. Not just this location, but the entire company is a sad, overpriced, zero-service, no-design, stupid kiosk mess; joke of a company the hamburger patties are as thin and useless as a sand dollar—and the greedy fools still have the nerve to charge you $5 for a single hamburger.” Despite being as thin as a sand dollar. Waste of money and time

Absolutely the worst…. They will not help anyone and make people use the kiosk. They won’t help if you need it you will just stand there at the counter while they walk past or ignore you. I just wanted four medium fries and tried twice on the kiosk and sent it to the register to pay. No receipt popped out and no one came to the counter. 20 people standing around waiting for help only two kiosks and everyone’s food took forever.

I’ve been coming here for years,but this year, this location is failing miserably!!. We have to only order from a kiosk, which takes forever if its a line .cant fix our own drinks, due to cutting the machine off, an because they have to fix our drinks, they are half filled with no ice. There’s never any napkins or proper lids . And this location is always out on the main brought items.

For the last 2 years your ice cream machine has always been down out of service every time I go there, I’m absolutely sick of this place. I wish they would just close permanently and let someone else take over the building, just because you don’t want to clean the machine, you just take the machine out of service. I hope corporate sees this. I hope they fire everyone who is doing this.
