Took 5 minutes to be recognized at cash register….hate we can no longer fill our own drinks as it’s almost impossible to get service anyway. Tables were dirty, worker spread out taking up one table while boxes of product were sitting on two other tables. On top of that, the lady working in kitchen parks in handicap spot .. can’t be too handicap if you are on your feet working. Customer service is bottom here.

Ordered my kid a cheese biscuit, it was on the screen as an egg biscuit, I said that’s supposed to be just cheese, worker says ok I’ll fix it. We get to the window and worker rudely says that’s going to be $3 something just for that cheese biscuit since I told her to change it from just an egg biscuit. Not sure why she felt the need to point that out but I’m not one that argues over simple things and I also don’t work for McDonald’s so I’m not aware of how they charge for every single thing they have on the menu nor do I care. We get our food and get back on the road to UAB, I wish I would have looked at it before I drove off because it looked like those tiktok videos mocking how McD workers make their burgers. Our biscuits looked like they had been stomped on pressed back together then wrapped up. Unfortunately, I ate it anyway and ended up with what I’m assuming was food poisoning for the next 3 days.

This location is clean and updated. Friendly welcoming service. Parking lot is small and could get congested with the drive thru line. Great location.

Service was terrible. Told me to hold on after waiting in drive thru for 15 minutes. I waited another five minutes to drive around and seeing the store was empty because all the employees were in the parking lot talking and laughing. Needless to say no order was placed. Absolutely pathetic.
