It would be nice if the food was hot just one time, and even if you ask them to drop it fresh, it’s still barely room temperature. Why make the customer suffer with incompetent employees by not wanting to come back. Fire the entire staff until you get it right!

For some reason Demopolis McDonald’s has been having me in a chokehold lately yall! When I tell you everything has been fresh and my order has been the way I want it done, I definitely feel like that night shift cooks needs a RAISE! The service is slow and the drive thru staff are completely uncaring as it they hate their job. You have to ask for napkins and ketchup and spoons or sauce or straws. I mean in the drive thru they should automatically have napkins and straws in the bag. Also the ice cream or shake machine is never working they say anyway.

Currently at a 34 minute wait for 10 nuggets and fries. Want to get a refund and leave but the machine printed off a blank receipt. Honestly pathetic. Idek when I’ll actually get my food, but they won’t let me get a refund because there machines don’t work.

Greatness
Worst McDonalds ever. I placed my order through the app and paid. I was told at the windows that they only received partially payment so that meant I didn’t have enough money in my account. Although the app showed differently. I showed the lady the app and she stated I don’t know what to tell you. And repeatedly tried to embarrass me about my money and the lack thereof. I could’ve have embarrassed the unintelligent worker by showing my online bank account but I decided not too especially since she had a bad attitude, appeared to not like her job, and probably would’ve lack comprehending a mobile banking account. Well some things never change and the expectations of McDonald workers clearly are subpar. My suggestion is to fire and hire new employees with positive attitudes, good customer service skills, and smart enough to work the register as it pertains to mobile orders. Had the same issue at another McDonald’s and the manager knew exactly what to do, apologized , and told me it was an issue with the app.
