Big Mac was charged around edges of meat.
Restaurant it self was filthy. Drink machine area was nasty, tables and floors as well. Sitting in lobby next restrooms was the toilet cleaning bucket.

Another person pointed out a spill on floor. Cashier stated she would get a mop. Never did just stood there looking at it.

This place had gone down hill. Manager very loud screaming at employees in the back. Makes for a bad atmosphere.

I come here often. I know most days its a wait because of staffing I assume. But what irritates me the most is when I request fresh food and let them know I will wait. I sit for the allotted time and get my food NOT FRESH! Then I complain and have to wait AGAIN and my lunch break is NOW OVER!! NOT HAPPY AT ALL .

I went thru the drive thru around 10:30 mind you they don’t close till 12 am EVERY bit of my food was freezing cold fries was very soggy as if they have not been changed in hours my pie was hard as if it had been sitting out all day AND I NOW HAVE FOOD POISONING THANK TO YALLS CARLESS ACTIONS I WANT SOMETHING DONE ABOUT THIS ASAP mind you when I was ordering my food I had to repeat it 4 times ok cool I get y’all can’t hear but then after finally getting my order they still had my order wrong.!

This is the worse McDonald’s in Mobile. I got a snack wrap because it was good when I got it from a different location. The different location used real chicken. This location used chicken patties so it didnt taste good. On a different note, their drive thru time is like 8 mins. Its also the slowest McDonald’s in Mobile.

was my favorite. good employees probably got fed up and left. two mobile orders in a row with no one answering at the speaker box or windows at 9 pm at night. my orders are never complicated. the owner needs to shut this one down until they can staff it correctly. an establishment running this poorly for over 3+ months with no sign of improvement? insane.

Service is extremely slow. Doesn’t matter if you’re in drive thru or dining in. Expect at least a 20-30 minute wait for your “fast food”. It’s ridiculous. Sometimes even though you wait for decades to get your food. By the time you actually get it. It’s cold. Zero stars if I could.

This is the most terrible place I have ever ate at!! They don’t say hi or hello, it’s what ya want, dat be n hu!! Food was still cold, kids chicken nuggets were still half frozen. When brought back to the counter they said it be a minute!! 15 minutes later after standing at the counter they asked what u want. I explained n it took almost an hour to get food for my family. They suck never eat there again for sure

I NEVER write reviews, but this place and their “manager” if that’s what you’d even call her deserves it! They don’t even deserve 1 star. Absolutely awful service and their so called general manager was one of the worst people i’ve ever met. I work in a restaurant and have dealt with many people, but nobody as rude and inappropriate as this lady. When working in customer service it it’s a known fact on how to and how not to talk to CUSTOMERS, the people who are giving you business, the people who are allowing you to get a paycheck. I had a online order and sat at the ordering machine for 10 minutes saying hello multiple times, no answer. I pulled to the first window and sat for another 10, when I didn’t see anyone or was even acknowledged I pulled to the second window. A young man asked what I needed and when I told him I had a online order he looked to his manager for help and instead of that she completely pushed past him and started basically getting on to me?!? She told me to pull back around and wait in the line again!! Like I had a ONLINE order, but you want me to wait in line again after completely ignoring and not acknowledging me being there. To make matter worse my brother and I parked and came inside after she told us this and she was screaming in the back about how we had came inside and she told us to pull around. She then locked the door, with us in there, even though their lobby wasn’t supposed to be closed. Told us to have a seat cause our order would, “take a while,” since she had other in front of us…what is the point of making a online order if you are still pushing us to the back of the line and telling us wait for our food cause you preparing the food of people who ordered after us? She then told us to wait in the car and someone would bring us it. Multiple people were trying to get in and cussing and yelling about how slow, rude the manager was, and how long they were waiting. We ended up saying forget it and tried to get a refund but she ended up yelling at my brother saying, “ the food is almost made and now your trying to get a refund?” She threw the bag on the counter and my brother came out after us being there for 40 something minutes. It’s actually crazy to have someone in charge of as a manager that acts that way. Very unprofessional and can gladly say they will not be getting service from us anymore. That lady that is in charge/ manger should be fired, because it’s absolutely ridiculous that is a person that is supposed to be training and helping to run the business. Thank you to the young man that let my brother in when he was trying to get the refund, but other than that, that lady should learn some customer service etiquettes, and how to overall not hate her life and job, we will never be going back.

I made a mobile order for two meals. I sat in line for about 30-45 minutes before even getting to the window to get my receipt. I get my food and drive home and they forgot a whole burger, undercut me on nuggets, and forgot sauce. Had to drive back and I waited in the lobby area to get help to fix my order. NO RESPONSE FROM AN EMPLOYEE FOR 30 MINUTES. Had to go BACK INTO THE DRIVE THRU just to reach out to an employee who were rude to me about their mistake. Do not go to this location, the employees are rude and don’t take pride in their work and food will always be cold and you will be expected to wait 20-30 minutes.
