We came on a busy time, so it took a while to receive our order. There were lots of drive-thru customers, and they seemed to take priority.
The restaurant was very clean. However, the sink in the ladies washroom was out of order, and there was no alternative offered, so no way to wash hands—which seems a bad situation in a restaurant.

This is how a McDonald’s is supposed to be run! Dominique was amazing and was very attentive to my needs. I just want to thank them personally and the owners need to give her a raise or a promotion. As a business owner having someone like her on board is a true asset and hard to find. Also the cook whoever you are thank you so much for such a good hot meal

If you’re coming in from Thomasville, skip the McDonalds there and come to this one. Much better in service and taste. The surrounding scenery is also quite nice; not many buildings to clutter the eye.

On February 27, 2025, at 8:49 PM, I visited your drive-thru and placed an order at this McDonald’s location. There was only one car ahead of me. My order included two meals: a Big Mac meal and a Double Quarter Pounder meal (no mustard). After paying, I was asked to pull forward to wait for my food.
As I waited, I noticed multiple cars behind me receiving their orders and leaving, yet my order was still not ready. After a long delay, I went inside to check on it. I politely asked how much longer it would take, only to be met with rudeness.
An employee handed me a bag containing only the Big Mac and fries, stating, “We don’t have your other sandwich yet.” Meanwhile, I watched four more drive-thru orders and three dine-in orders being served before mine. When I asked another employee for an update, she dismissively replied, “I don’t know what to tell you.” When I then requested a refund, she simply walked away.
After an additional 10-minute wait, I finally received my food—50 minutes after placing my order. Unfortunately, when I got home, I discovered that the food was completely inedible. One sandwich was missing the bottom bun entirely, and the quality was so poor that it ended up in the trash before I even thought to document it. I’ve attached a photo of what I did manage to capture.
To make matters worse, I have attempted to call this location multiple times—on the night of the incident and every day since—yet no one ever answers the phone. I don’t visit this town often, but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s.

Went inside and ordered a medium black iced coffee just now. Very simple and easy but I guess it’s hard for whoever made it. I informed the lady and she grabbed a medium cup and took the small coffee she mistakenly gave me, but added more ice. Service is slow even though it’s a small town and there’s barely anyone coming through.

This was the worst McDonald’s ever! The fries were nasty and the sandwich….just dumped in the trash! Unfortunately, there is NOT many places to eat around here….

Seems like this place has no management whatsoever, worst drive through ever, always rushing people to order , extremely rude! This place is so sorry, throwing food in bags and out of the paper, this is unacceptable, if you honestly not going to do your job right, GO somewhere else, always got nasty attitudes and poor service. Makes me not want to ever eat here again. DO BETTER!
