Went inside and ordered a medium black iced coffee just now. Very simple and easy but I guess it’s hard for whoever made it. I informed the lady and she grabbed a medium cup and took the small coffee she mistakenly gave me, but added more ice. Service is slow even though it’s a small town and there’s barely anyone coming through.

Seems like this place has no management whatsoever, worst drive through ever, always rushing people to order , extremely rude! This place is so sorry, throwing food in bags and out of the paper, this is unacceptable, if you honestly not going to do your job right, GO somewhere else, always got nasty attitudes and poor service. About 8 months ago, I reviewed this McDonalds and the service was great, but sadly I had to remove that review after this morning’s experience here. I ordered a big breakfast and a medium sprite, they gave me my sprite when I got to the second window and told me to wait on the big breakfast, because they were still making my hash brown, so I pulled up and waited for a few minutes until it was ready. After it came out they gave me my big breakfast and forgot my hash brown after they made me wait on it for nearly ten minutes. I’m not impressed in any way, so get your act together McDonalds!!!

McDonald’s is McDonald’s, right? This place was fantastic!!! It was clean, the people were very friendly and helpful and the food was hot and tasty. We were suppose to get it to go but it was served for dine in. It was a nice visit and worth the time to sit and eat.

This location is better than the one in Jackson. I haven’t had them get an order wrong yet and the food is always hot and fresh. The fries don’t feel and taste like they’ve been sitting under the heat lamp for half an hour before I get there. I wish we could go in and sit down and eat but if you want something fast then it’s good.

This Mickey D’s just north of Jackson, AL is just great.. the entry is a bit convoluted; however, it is for better, non congested drive thru traffic.. but the fries are always fresh and Hot!

I usually won’t eat any fast food from any Burger chain I just don’t like all that process to feeling of food. Especially the McDonald’s in Jackson Alabama it’s just always so filthy I can’t make myself eat or drink anything from there. But the one in Grove Hill is different every time I’ve eaten there which is about three or four times in the last year it’s really good food and it gets served it looks as good or better than the picture does. As soon as you order and receive your food you know that the employees and the management they’re really care about doing their job. The owners of this McDonald’s can be proud of their employees because they do a great job they are 5 stars in an ocean of one and two stars
