As Europeans, we really enjoyed the authentic American diner experience at Denny’s. The classic booths, the menu, and the food were all very tasty, the place was very clean, and the prices are really good. The manager was especially kind and welcoming. Debbie was fantastic! It was great walking into a brand-new Denny’s here in Naples. Once season hits, we hope we’ll still be able to get a table! So glad to finally have a 24/7 restaurant in town, thank you for filling the void!

Debby was absolutely amazing! She stayed on top of everything and communicated clearly about any extra needs with the menu. Even when other customers grew impatient and rude, she kept her cool and continued giving excellent service with kindness. She was managing 6–8 tables all on her own, yet still brought us drinks and took our order within 10 minutes of arriving. On top of that, the food came out quickly. Overall, Debby went above and beyond—truly outstanding service! The restaurant itself was also very clean. The two staff members made sure to clear the tables promptly and never let dishes sit for long.

The wait was long but they was busy, the service could have been way better. The food was lukewarm and the toast yeah that was butter and bread it was not toasted, when I went to say something I was told why didnt I say something earlier well ma’am you never stopped by and as I was talking she took off. You guys need to do better here. New restaurant should mot be this bad. Wish a manger would’ve walked around to make sure people was happy.
