I have had so many bad experiences here lately and I will definitely not be back! Idk why I even tried to give them another chance today. I placed a mobile order as I always do I get to the drive thru give her my code the order she repeated back to me was not right, then she tells me they no longer have the big arch and that they can substitute it for 2 quarter pounders which I don’t eat because I cannot eat ketchup and they never follow instructions so I ask if they can substitute it for a big mac she says no at first then tells me a manager said yes they could and to pull around, I pull up to the second window and the girl looks at me very confused and goes and gets her manager who tells me they were unable to substitute it so they just canceled it ♀️ Why say you can do something and then cancel it without even letting me know what’s going on prior??? and the last two times I went before that I was told they weren’t taking orders after waiting over 30mins to pick up my online order. Why are they even open if they can’t serve anyone??

We ordered inside and had a bit of a long wait but apparently we came at the same time as the morning rush. They seemed to be a bit short staffed unless it’s normal for a McDs to only have one cook and one person putting the orders together. Which is insane if you also expect them to keep things 100% clean all the time. Anyway, the staff did a good job helping each other out and my order what hot, fresh and delicious! I love McDonalds when everything is as it should be!

I stop here every so often and always regret it. They’re clearly understaffed, and the wait is insanely long, even for simple orders. Today I pulled into the drive-thru (2 hours before closing time) and no one was there. I tried going inside, but the doors were locked. There were no signs anywhere, including the drive-thru, saying they were closed, although there was at least one worker inside and cars in the lot.

I frequent this spot cause how close it is. Won’t go anymore, placed and payed for an order online before 1030am I arrived gave my code and was told they won’t make my order cause I didn’t arrive at the store before 1030am, even tho the order was already placed and paid for? They then proceeded to have to call the manager through FaceTime cause they weren’t there, and while on the call they were showing the managery order, the lady at the drive thru took my phone and then CANCELLED the order!! They closed breakfast early and and made excuses for it. Then they called the cook to come haggle us at the window. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK.

Waited to long for my order at drive thru. My fries were cold big mac just warm. The window glass at drive thru so dirty you can’t see through. What’s going on here. Most of the reviews are bad and no change. Who ever the manager is you need to find another job. Apparently you don’t care what your store looks like or how the food is handled. I want be back.

I came to this McDonald’s to do some work and get a meal. Well, when I walk in the door I notice right of the bat the floors were dirty. The bathroom stunk and the floor was very dirty. I came in about mid afternoon. I ordered my order through their machines that you can order instead of going to the counter. I did try to go to the counter but it seem right from the start that nobody care or wanted to help me. After ordering I went to find a table, every table in the place that didn’t have someone at which was plenty was very dirty. I stood at the counter to see if someone would wipe the table off for me. I wait for a while. Then someone walked by and I said “Hey, can I get someone to wipe a table for me or give me the stuff to do it with?” After a few minutes they came and wiped the table off. I had to wait for me meal for a while too. After getting my tray, I went to the area to get my drink. You just wouldn’t believe the mess and unclean everything was there at that area. Even the napkins you had to open the door to it to get any and those were not very clean. Why have them? I went to my table and sat down. I worked on a few things as I ate my fries. They were okay and a little bit warm. My drink was okay also. When I got to my sandwich that is when everything just went down the drain. This restaurant needs to have something done. I just happen to pick up me sandwich in a way to see the bottom of the bun. I am SO GLAD I DID! Half of the bun was MOLDY. They served me a MODLY sandwich which if I would have eaten I would have gotten really sick. You just don’t serve any customer something like that at ALL!!!!! I did take it up to the manager and talked with them about this matter. They couldn’t believe it either. They did find out which employee made it and had them come an apologies to me for doing it. But STILL!!
Some people need to be trained to serve customers the proper procedures in making food for the customers!!! I will not go back!!! Make sure you check everything you get from this McDonald’s I plead with you to do that!!!!!

Ordered on the app, picked it up at the drive thru… it was wrong. They did apologize and corrected it. Got the order home and both my wife’s and my burgers had hard stale buns. This was not a one time occurrence. Decided to give them another try a few days later, same thing… hard stale bread. Very disappointed. I love me some McDonald’s, but I can not recommend this location.

Placed my order, and checked my fries, they were cold so I requested a fresh order. Upon getting my fresh order I opened my nuggets up and there was a clearly eaten nugget in my 4 piece. Had to go back to inform the manager, and then I was accused of eating it when it was clearly done out of spite for requesting a fresh order of fries. Buyer beware, check your food before you leave this horrible place.

Terrible unprofessional staff. Terrible customer service. To disrespect a customer who has an autistic child that is wanting McDonald’s fries everyday is beyond me. The whole staff needs to be let go and the restaurant needs to be closed. Definitely calling their corporate. Every time I go it’s a wait and the food is bad.
