Told them I didn’t like my drink asked them if I can switch or have money back then they remade very rudely with attitude. I still didn’t like the drink wanted to switch it their goes 20 bucks down the drain…. Im going back to Starbucks at least they’ll give me the service we deserve.

Went up to the window to order my drink since drive thru was super long thinking it would be faster boy was I wrong and 4 cars who drove into the drive thru after me got served before I got my drinks. Horrible service. Management really needs to look into this.

Drinks are good and the people are nice. The only downside is that they take absolutely forever. I average 15-20 minutes in the drive thru just to get a drink. The wait here pushes me to go to any other Dutch despite this one being closer. there’s never no one outside to take orders despite there being a line of cars and when there is someone, they’re chatting it up with friends they find in line. Please fix this if not hire speedier employees

Good latte selection, they have oat and almond milk which is excellent!! First class service by the way.
P.S. their drive through menu should be less confusing and have a clearly marked section of hot coffee drinks WITH pictures. At first & second glance it looked like all they do is smoothies.

Whenever I stop by this location, they can never get my drink right. Does not taste the same as other locations. Will not be coming here again. Plus the wait is ridiculously long, even when there are only a couple of cars in front of me.

I feel like they were a little too busy talking to each other than to get my order right. I haven’t experienced this at a Dutch bros before they usually listen to your order and take time to make your drink right especially when we were the only people in line. I was just disappointed going to this location. Drinks and service could use a little more care and focus.

Awesome experience at the Dutch Bros Riverbank location! As expected, it’s a popular spot, but the service is quick and friendly, and the drink quality is consistently excellent. Their small size is comparable to a Grande at Starbucks, which says a lot in today’s economy where value matters. There’s truly something for everyone on the menu, no matter your age or taste. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

I would like for everyone to know how AMAZING the team here is. June was probably one of the roughest month in my entire life. I had found out that I had cancer in my body. After receiving the news, I still had errands to run so I decided to go get a coffee. I was trying so hard to not let that news ruin my day and when I was asked how I was doing I started to cry, I told them the news I had just received. The kind words of encouragement and even offering prayers for me, was so generous and sincere I felt the love. Well in the same month I had surgery to remove these cells and the team had asked me to keep them updated and that they would keep me in their prayers. Today I went to grab a coffee and I saw my friends, and they asked how did everything go and I told them the amazing news that they were able to remove all the cancer from my body and my chances were now even less than they had predicted of it returning. My hand was held, the love and the sincerity was real, it was truly felt. And I teared up bc from friends they became family. Well it didn’t tend there, the entire staff came out to say congrats from being cancer free and told me how much they loved me. I have NEVER felt so much love, that I just started bawling my eyes out! This team is truly special and really cared!!! This isn’t the only time this team have been there for me when I truly needed it! None of this is part of their duties, but they go above and beyond and there are truly no words to tell them how much it meant to me! How their love was truly felt with every inch of me! Thank you so my my friends/family! You will forever be in my heart! I love you guys so much! And have brought tears of joy to me and my mom when I told her what they did for me today! ❤️ they celebrated my news that brought me to life with joy and love! FOREVER GRATEFUL!
