Do not go here! My dad was the one who brought the food home so I don’t know exactly how the service and atmosphere was like but I’m guessing the service is horrible because of how bad the food was. My dad ordered the breakfast meal but returned home with 3 biscuits with only 1 bacon in each of them. The receipt said that it was supposed to be biscuit, egg, cheese, and bacon but it was only bacon. The food also tasted like they came out of the trash bin and have been left for the flies. Do not go here if you don’t want to catch food poisoning!

Brought my granddaughter on the back of my bike there. The staff was awesome!! Hooked us up with some good hot food and away we went. Not too busy. Store is clean. Well stocked. Very good.

Probably the best McDonald’s we’ve ever been to. We just stopped on our way back to Oklahoma and everything was great and in the bag and when we asked for extra we got it without an attitude. Plus everyone was extremely kind! Wish we had this good of service in OK!

The McDonald’s in Troy Alabama, I stopped by for breakfast on my way to work. The food is good BUT the drive thru experience is awful. First day, ok, quick and fast, second day, the person pretty much just gossiping with the other employees, took my card handed me my food, did not confirm anything and sent me in my way. The third and final day the what looked like the manager was rude I mean extremely rude when I was ordering my food. Got to the window and yep both females were rude. Goes to say I wait until I get to Ozark Al to grab my breakfast. It has been great thus far.

Ice cream/shake machine was down for over 24 hours. Staff wasnt very polite and seemed to very scatterbrained. Had to ask up what we ordered several times in order to get it right and had attitudes when we told one employee that we ordered 4 drinks and asked for more than one straw. Very disappointed ☹️

The consistency of the iced coffees sometimes it great sometimes it’s awful feels like ya’ll wasted my time. Please train these ppl to make iced coffees correctly. Today I received a large Carmel iced coffee with extra caramel. I received straight creamer really unsatisfied.

Usually stop for breakfast once a week. The employees are always courteous and knowledgeable, but it seems they may be understaffed at times. I have noticed the difference in cost at several locations, and inflation has really gone too far in fast food!

What is so special about a filet-o-fish that makes it over $5 for just a sandwich. Cheap frozen fish and half a slice of cheese. I got a 1 mcchicken and a large drink over $7. Last time I went to McDonald’s the same thing was like $2.50 ( pre Biden)
