I’ve never been to the restaurant for a regular meal, but Maggiano’s is our family’s go-to venue for big celebrations. This location has several private spaces, with modular walls that can convert to accommodate parties of all sizes. We’ve attended functions of all kinds here, and each time, we left feeling completely full and sated.
For a chain, Maggiano’s punches well above its weight class with its mix of ambiance, service, and generous portions of dependable pasta-centric dishes. The food is surprisingly decent for something that’s cooked and served in such volume. My favorite entree from my most recent visit was the chicken parmesan. I don’t know how they achieved it, but the cutlets somehow stayed crispy under the load of hot red sauce and melty cheese.
The service is fantastic. Every time we’ve rented out a space, the staff were readily available and attendant to our evolving needs throughout the event. The all-you-can-eat part of the catered events is a major plus. When our table raved over the fried calamari and quickly bulldozed our shared platter, we only needed to ask for a refill. Minutes later, our server came by with a plateful of freshly fried calamari. What a dream.

This is why I don’t like to go out and eat on a holiday. I thought spending a Thanksgiving with family at a restaurant would be fun. I knew it could be pricey but the main corses at this Itailian franchise left little to the imagination. I’m not sure the servers knew that the so called “Traditional Roasted turkey” was actually not even real Turkey. They kept on telling us it was real turkey, but we knew better. It was basically fully processed deli Turkey you can get at the supermarket. Believe me you can tell how slimey it was from the pictures I took. It was really bad. Service was a bit slow but I can understand that being there on a holiday. The bread was pretty good, but my ceasar salad had very little dressing and was just okay. What also bothered me was that the place is supposed to be family style right? Well we were a party of 4 and when the meatball and Speghetti dish appeared, there was only “1” big meatball. Hardly enough to satisfy 4 people even with the other dishes we ordered. I’ve never experienced something like that before. The sauce was really good and the side sweet potato puree was great as well. The riggatoni was ehh! The standout dish was the family style blackened salmon that was very good. I just can’t get that sliced processed Turkey out of my head, we thought it was really inedible. I would try and give this place a second chance because of the really good sauce they have and a few other items. It’s a really beautiful looking place and we loved the atmosphere it exudes, but they just have to work a little more on execution of some of those family style dishes. Who ever is buying the food for the restaurant, please don’t cheap out on the Turkey and get the real Turkey that you would cut off directly from the bone. No to slimey Turkey!✊ I honestly would tell you to give it a try for yourself and let us all know your thoughts. Enjoy peoples.

My family went here for Thanksgiving…
The place is huge, but it was entirely full up!
Service was great, and we never felt rushed.
The food was uniformly great, with portions of everything large enough that taking stuff home was inevitable.
And overall, the value proposition was overwhelmingly positive.

A very nice visit here for lunch. We enjoyed the wagyu meatball appetizer; the complimentary bread was incredibly delicious. The lasagna was well layered with cheeses and sausage, rich and mouthwatering. I also enjoyed the mushroom ravioli and coffee here. Everything was perfect and the service was excellent. The interior is beautiful with wood and leather elements throughout.

Really not in my nature to give a one star review, but I actually got food poisoning from this meal. I was super excited to try the new menu, which was revamped completely new, bummed a few of my favorites were missing, but excited at the new things!
The meatballs were good, my Caesar salad unfortunately tasted like fish juice. My fiancé ordered the chicken Parm with ziti, which was stone cold. I had the four cheese ravioli, which I threw up in the parking lot shortly after.

Amazing experience here. All you can eat Italian food if you pay for 4 people or more. You get appetizers, entrees, and desserts, unlimited. We had so much food we took home enough for days.

Visited on Mother’s Day 5/11 at 3:15pm. Overall was worth going but not as nice as our experience on Thanksgiving there. The bread with salami and olives at the beginning is always a good start here. Four appetizers were served, with the best being the Wagyu meatballs and the fried zucchini. The calamari was subpar and the Caesar salad did not have enough dressing. Our salad was not even brought with the other appetizers and we had to ask for it. No extra dressing was included and that would have helped given how little it had. Our four entrees were the lobster carbonara, the bolognese, chicken parmigiana, and the Wagyu beef stuffed shells. Best of these were the lobster carbonara and the bolognese. The Wagyu beef stuffed shells were ok but actually tasted much better left over once all the sauce and cheese set in more. The chicken parmigiana was subpar and a letdown. It would have been better to have the cheese more melted and overall it seemed undercooked. Was also frustrating that the entrees were brought before we had finished the appetizers as there was no room on the table. We had to scurry and get the leftover appetizers packed up quickly so the entrees could be placed. Our table was rather far from the kitchen which had an impact on service combined with a busier holiday. It even seemed our server was waiting on tables clear across the room from ours, which also made it tougher to get attention. Desserts were all very good with cheesecake, tiramisu, and lemon cookies. Was disappointed there was no prosecco toast for mothers as advertised on social media. It would have been a nice touch. It also felt some clientele were not taking the atmosphere seriously, such as wearing hats on backwards during their meals. Was not as festive as our Thanksgiving visit and felt just like visiting any other noisy chain. Willing to give it four stars overall as a trip all things considered. We will probably return sometime but likely avoid busier days and times.

The food here is terrible it’s so greasy and it’s like preheated. However it’s good for a group and the staff is behind nice. But you can’t make crappy Italian food good w butter. It’s so much butter and oil and it’s like an Olive Garden just 4x the price.

I normally don’t take time out of my day to leave reviews, but my experience at this restaurant was extremely disappointing.
At the beginning of the service, our party was seated and provided with only one menu that offered a very limited selection. The options were presented as “family-style,” yet each individual in our group was expected to pay $53. After discussing this among ourselves, we approached the front desk to ask if there were additional menu options available. We were told that because our party consisted of more than four people, we were automatically given the family-style menu, as it was “more convenient for the staff since everyone would be sharing from the same plates.”
Unfortunately, we did not come to the restaurant for the convenience of the staff; we came hoping to enjoy a quality dining experience.
To make matters worse, when the food was served, our requests were not properly accommodated. For example, I specifically asked for light sauce, but the dish arrived with no sauce at all. When I mentioned this to the waiter, the response I received was a sarcastic remark: “You told me light sauce,” which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
Regardless of how the restaurant may respond to this review, I would strongly encourage others to take the warning signs in previous reviews seriously. In my opinion, the food felt more like frozen, processed items presented to appear appealing rather than authentic Italian cuisine.
This was my first visit, and it will certainly be my last.
