Every single time we come to this McDonald’s drive thru they park us. They are so worried about their times. I hate this place me and family went in Tonight to have dinner I ordered a double filet O fish with extra tarter the first time it wasn’t made cortex so I asked them to remake and this is what they gave me just absolutely rediculous!!! Then I could the worker in the back ground complaining and remaking my sandwich and I told the manager all he said was ok alright so that let me know he didn’t address the problem but tonight will the last night that I’ll be patronizing with them!! And I’m surely going to make sure that I let my family and friends know what Kind of service they offer you when asked to remake a sandwich!!!

You forgot to add the sugar in the iced coffee I purchased. I asked for it to be made faster because I was in a hurry but I was surprised it was without the sugar. And I do not carry sugar in my car so I drank it. This place is brand new and clean and has a nice location. I would go back again surely but like to see Cashier be eager and happy about his job. A cheery smile and a williness to help customers is a plus in a personality and it is almost non existant for Alabamiams but for BUSINESS it is a MUST!

Our small town Geneva, Al. doesn’t have much to choose from. Lately every time I go to McDonald’s, the food is awful. It’s either old or burnt. Like my sandwich today. This makes the 3rd time I’ve ordered a chicken sandwich deluxe and the chicken is clearly burnt!!! Do better McDonald’s!
