I come to this McDonald’s daily (normally around 7:30 am) for breakfast and have never had a problem until today (I came at 9:45, different crew). I placed my usual order and waited. Upon receiving my order my iced coffee was missing the Carmel so I asked for Carmel to be added. The lady (and I use that term lossely) said I put the Carmel in there (it was quite bitter with no Carmel taste at all) and made an ugly face at me. I then told the server at the front counter that they could throw the drink in the garbage as there was no way that I would drink it. The manager came out and offered a refund which I refused. Then the server came out and apologized which she had nothing to be sorry about. She said she had to tell the manager because she didn’t want her face messed up (she was an older lady). Sad that she has to be scared of a co-worker. I decided to leave without eating anything.

Went tonight and ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with extra pickles, 2 triple cheeseburgers with extra onions, 2 fries, and 2 frappes. Initially they didn’t even ring up the order correctly. It was a struggle to have them correct it. Waited forever for my food only for it to be cold. Burgers were completely wrong and my fries were cold. Frappes were ok. The burgers were cold as hell and dry. Definitely not even attempting to make the sandwich to standard for McDonald’s, much less to order. Complete waste of money. And after looking at some of these reviews in addition to mine, they frequently do this. I don’t even know how this place is still open. Food is garbage, service was garbage, place is trashed on the outside.

Employees cussing about kids playing in the playroom during business hours. Extremely rude and disrespectful. After addressing the situation all employees laughing like and constantly talking about it like customers in the lobby couldn’t hear them. Extremely unprofessional!!

Dirtiest McDonald’s I have been too. Seems like such a busy store would be able to hire at least a few employees to continuously clean. The self service vending machines did not work either.
Waste of time stopping there, took our business down the road.

Has no flavor.

The sandwich is exactly as I got it, you can see where the piece of pickle is printed on the cold, hard & everything but Mc Crispy chicken….I have to order at the drive thru and wait in the parking lot while they bring this yucky food to me.

I ordered the 2 cheese burger combo with an extra fry and one of my burgers had molded powdery bread I bit into . I just ordered this. Yall need better cooks . Got these young ppl working not caring what they give ppl. Hell folks pay for they food dont nobody want something they not getting they money’s worth out of.
