The service was extra slow today. I ordered my food and was told the fountain machine was down. I wanted a coke because McDonald’s had the best fast food coke. I got a sweet tea instead, because no one comes to McDonald’s for water….
I paid, then waited over 10 minutes for my foods to come to the reserved spot. No, “Sorry for your wait, etc.” When I reached over in the bag a saw my inflation fries. It was barely half way full. I did around in my bag to Easter egg hunt for a few more, but…… there were none.
Either go to another location, or hit a different place my mistake was being hungry and craving the food at the restaurant I can normally count on.

It was all clean and the food was fresh. I tried the breakfast steak sandwich but with a biscuit, it was good with the cheese and grilled onions. The restaurant’s score was a 98.

The GM at this location is awesome! I had an issue and she immediately fix the problem. Customer service is one of the most important things in the food industry and because of her genuine outstanding personality I will be returning.

Got through the drive thru quickly. But we ordered a ten piece meal and a two cheeseburger meal. We only got one of our cheeseburgers. Also our sweet teas were unsweetened. We told the lady in the window and she said “that’s as sweet as there’s is getting today” ?? Gave us sugar packets and that was it. I worked at McDonald’s for 6 years. I know the difference in unsweet and sweet tea. There was no sugar in this “sweet tea” she tried to give us.

Cali, Tessa and the crew made my night/morning! I’m forever only coming to this location. I will go out of my way to do so. the hospitality, personality, speed, attention to detail, food quality, just an amazing experience that I will never forget. I can’t say enough. I filed out the survey before I sat down to eat. unreal experience. I thought I’d seen it all, they showed me to remember.. but wait.. there’s more. They are more. This Mcdonalds location is more!

Oh my goodness. I have never received such a wrong order ever. Literally missing like 4 items, and overall just received the wrong order. Ticket was correct but whoever packaged the food messed up many different orders. Drinks were correct, but the food was ALL WRONG and cold. I am just so confused because the ticket was with order? How do you manage to place the wrong food items this terribly. I am writing this on behalf of somebody else because it’s just so bad and I care about it more. Money wasted and disappointed. Whoever received our order, I hope you enjoyed the extra items.

Ugly, boring, and mediocre. They didn’t give us one of the four burgers we ordered, even after we had them count it. They also took the food back through the window to do so, which is against health codes. On the bright side, the fries were perfect.

Food is always good but I have been through the drive through twice in the past week and the people taking orders are not listening to orders very well.
I asked for large drinks on both occasions and they gave me medium drinks. First time they corrected it at the window at time of service, the second time I was told to drive around and get back in line with 8+ cars behind me. The people taking orders need to pay more attention instead of laughing and cutting up over the speaker prior to speaking to customers.

Tonight was a really bad night for this place. I should say that I come here often at night and it is not like this most of the time. There is one particular manager at night that it is always smiling and does a great job. I actually just seen her a couple nights ago and told her how much I appreciate when shes there.

Tonight a different crew was there and it was obvious. When I pulled up to the window a somewhat older lady in her mid 40s or 50s with blonde hair handed me a bag of food as I handed her my card.(Possibly the manager) I had given her a mcds app code that gets you a free medium fry when you buy a large drink (this code is ALWAYS available)
When I noticed that the bag had the rest of my order but not the fry I very politely said.. “Hey miss, its missing a medium fry.”
She looked at me in disbelief and said that the code said something about a drink.. after I tried to explain the code she cut me off multiple times saying “Are you finished?”called me a liar, yelled at me and slammed the window in my face all because I asked what her name was and if she was the manager.
Her coworker flipped me off because I turned my camera on and she acted as if she was calling the police so I just moved on.
I am posting this review because it is ridiculous to have to tolerate this type of severely unprofessional treatment from anywhere for no reason at all. If she would have done her job and read the order she would have answered her own question and not feel the need to argue with me aimlessly just because she wanted to be right.
I hate that good people who work hard and treat people the way they want to be treated get overshadowed by the nasty individuals. I have a video but don’t know how to post it. ‍♂️
