Fast food service in general has gone down over the years, but this restaurant has taken poor service to another level. The workers act like they are forced a gunpoint to be there, and you are ruining their day by showing up. The place is filthy with trash everywhere On the floor behind the counter and in the customer area. There are lines lines of people waiting on their food or asking for something to be fixed because all the orders are wrong. Whoever owns this franchise should be fined by McDonald’s for allowing their brand to be tarnished in this way. This is the lowest tier of fast food.

They put order paper between the cheese and burger patties. If it had not been added during the cooking process, the cheese would not have adhered neatly to the paper as shown in the photo. Even if paper was accidentally inserted, that is also a problem because the burger was not checked in the final step. I need an apology and explanation.

If you value your stomach or life don’t eat here. If you do be prepared for a good toilet bowl visit or get your stomach pumped. How can you cook one patty thoroughly but not the other. The fries were like little burned sticks nasty and break your teeth if you try to bite them. The service was HORRIBLE, as we were pulling into the drive through someone runs out and puts a cone in the lane, I mean just drops it right in front of the car and says nothing. McDonalds is shady af and they know it.

Terrible!!! Steer clear of this location! As a loyal McDonald’s customer, it pains me to give them a bad review, but please see the photos. Paid $32 for a couple of quarter pounder deluxe with cheese, 3 cheeseburgers, and 20 nuggets for the kids. One of the QPCs was carelessly thrown into the bag so that everything spilled out and one of the nuggets has a bite taken out of it. It’s very sad that people don’t have more pride than this. This was our dinner. Sad.

Thankful for the service and staff who helped me with my mobile order issue this afternoon. I placed an online order for drive through but there was an issue with item availability despite being able to pay for the oder. They had the product but it wasn’t processing.
The very helpful lady in red this afternoon was knowledgeable and very kind. We worked through the issue and I went through the drive through again. She was able to help with a payment/coupon issue, and the food was recieved extremely fast. I’m very surprised that they were able to turn around my order so quickly and accurately.
I don’t get mcdonald’s often, but it’d be here even with some issues. They at least know how to address them and make it right.

It’s official. I refuse to step in another McDonald’s restaurant. Gluttony is the only thing bringing you here . Has anyone been on a farm ? Smelled the farm animals? You know they have that wide open smell if you know what I mean . This is the second McDonald’s I’ve been to that smells like burst sewage pipes . Smells like the one that stinks not the one that winks . I can not be the only one that smells it ! Can’t be that nose blind y’all. UGH ! I was going to put in an application here but never mind ! Yuck

I am very disappointed in this location. Whenever I think they might change, they only get worse. Every time I use the app and do curbside, it always takes over 30 minutes. Drive thru might have been better, but not that much. It seems like the people here were not trained enough or don’t give a damn. By the time I actually get my order, if it’s actually correct, it’s ice cold. Like it was left out or something. Heed my warning, please avoid this location.
