If you can’t smoke and function don’t smoke at work. There was more sauce on the bottom. People can’t even handle working fast food and getting it right. The only thing that was suppose to be double was the fish.

I always come to this McDonald and this lady that was giving out food was totally disrespectful I asked her nicely for a sweet and sour sauce and buffalo sauce and she got a attitude and rolled her eyes and popped her lips I was really shocked so I called the manager and she was really nice and understanding it’s a shame black people treat black people like dirt I mean that is your job to take care of the customers.

To start, i tried the drive through, but the screens were all busted. So, I went inside to order. When I was handed my food, there was caramel all over the bag my food was in. When I asked if they could just transfer my food to a clean bag, the attendant just handed me a bag. I wasn’t given any napkins either. Caramel and ice cream got all over me once I got ahold of the caramel sundae because they overloaded it and tried to “fix it” by just adding a second lid. My chicken sandwich was a mess.. made very poorly and I wasn’t given or offered any ketchup for my fries. I will not be returning to this McDonald’s.

I love this McDonald’s! (Day Street, Montgomery) They were and usually are always friendly. I have a bit of an odd order, and they get it right every time. The burger is juicy, the bun is fresh and the fries are hot. 10/10, recommend this location!

Over these last few years, I have stopped every morning for a Caramel Frappe, and every morning, the ladies that open are so polite, they know my voice over the drive thru speaker and my order. It’s the same, ladies. I wish I knew their names like they know mine, but that morning crew gives top-notch service, every morning.

Food was accurate and arrived quickly. All of the staff and management that I interacted with gave stellar customer service and have started to learn my orders. This is truly an exception to the usual lukewarm performance of most McDonald’s in this area.
