I have been a loyal customer even rave about here to people to order from here. But twice I have received poor customer service and It hurts to make this decision because I love their food and drinks but the customer service SUCKS. They do NOT care and is us the customers who have their business in operation. I have been working in management for years and I have full respect for my customer relations no matter what they want to say about me. Their favorite line is. ‘It is out of their control take it up with Uber’ etc. A bunch of crap. Rude. Out of order. Who do they think they are? Careful how u treat people. God and Karma will teach us lessons. Such a shame. Very disappointed in my caribbean people.

I normally do not leave bad reviews, but I have to let this be known! I ordered yesterday, 2 small brown stew chickens and 2 beef patties. THE PATTIES WERE SPOILED! It smelled so bad idk how anyone can serve that to a customer! It turned me off to the entire meal! I advise please do not order here! Unless you want food poisoning!

I went on a wim on a Friday night wasn’t in the mood to cook so I figured I’d grab something quick and fast for dinner. I wasn’t impressed with the food, I e had much better, maybe it was late and food tends to dry out. And at night fast food places tend not to cook fresh food because of the time. So in all fairness, try to go earlier than 8:00 pm. But for me., I wasn’t a fan of the food. Maybe I’ll go early next time. But they had a nice crowd of people waiting for their food.

Dude you won’t freaking believe what I found. Now mind you the bag was sealed so I doubt the door dash driver. There was a beetle in my bag or cockroach. DUDE! My appetite went completely out the window, I filed a complaint with the better business bureau. THIS IS UN ACCEPTABLE! WTH never in my days although the foood came inside other brown bags with aluminum plate and cover, I STILL FEEL disgusted and disappointed. NEVER AM I ORDERING OXTAILS OR ANYTHING. BUYER BEWARE!

I usually come here often and have always tried to be kind and patient, but my visit today was disappointing. I was overcharged for some reason. My total should have been around $17, but I was charged $23 instead. It looks like I was possibly charged twice for an item.
I understand mistakes can happen, but the service is always very slow and it makes the coming here frustrating. I really like the food here, but experiences like this make it hard to want to come back. I hope management can look into this and make things right.

Serena provided excellent Customer service with a great Smile, the staff in general seemed very polite and professional, great establishment and I definitely recommend people to try the Food and Pastry…POTATO PUDDING NICE !!!

Delicious and must stop if in town! Came here on a Sunday evening for a quick dinner! The food was fresh and delicious, probably the best rice and peas I’ve ever had! The chilli salmon was a little dry but it was tasty none the less. We also got the ital stew and chilli fried shrimp which were equally yummy! There was a bit of a wait which is surprising as everything was already made. Yummy regardless and we will be back for more!
