I came in to order a 2B. When I came in to the register several employees walk right by me as I was standing and didn’t even ask if I needed help. Since the place wasn’t even busy, I decided to order at the kiosk. Eventually someone came to take my cash payment since it didn’t take cash.
The fries were cold and old while the burger wasn’t any better. It had definitely been sitting for awhile. At least could have been microwaved to give the illusion it was fresh and hot.

I placed an order at the drive-thru for 2 orders of hotcakes and sausage and 2 bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits. I always pull up and check my order. Of course, the 2 bacon, egg, and cheese biscuits were not in the bag! I immediately go back in to let them know and the young lady AND a person I assumed was some type of manager, both stated the biscuits had been put in the bag which I brought back in with me. So, I’m lieing about 2 biscuits??? Really??? I only stopped their instead of Hardee’s because my brother likes their biscuits and they had the AUDACITY to imply I or ANYONE would lie about 2 biscuits?!!! The service was unprofessional to say the least and disrespectful to say the most!!! I don’t know if the lady wearing the Grey shirt and afro puff is a manager or not, but she and her little cashier could both benefit from customer service classes expeditiously!! If the decorative head wrap I wore made them feel like I was someone to treat as less, than they both should think differently as you certainly judge my cover without knowing what or should I say who is in the book!!! Do better!!!!

I went thru the drive thru this morning to get two of the $5 specials. I asked which deals they offered. The cashier came back rudely with a “which one you want?” I asked again which ones they had(none were shown on the menu). The cashier clicked off from me and I can hear her taking the order of the car at the other menu. I waited, but she did not click over to me. I hear her take another order. I pull around to the window and it remained closed. I drove off and went to Wendy’s where I was taken care of very well! I did try to call twice, but no one answered. I will not be back to that location of McDonald’s.

Wanted in drive through for over 10 mins. Ordered 10 mcnugget meal for my boy’s birthday. What he wanted. Got home and all that was in the bag was 2 things of fries. Needless to say I had a disappointed boy and it was storming and wasn’t going to get him and myself back out to drive all the way back there to try to either get my food or money. Will NEVER go back to that McDonalds.

I ordered the 2 for 6 and a small fry and This is what I got for my money, I was so disappointed when I got back to work. The people in the drive thru was not friendly and didn’t want to be at work. Just a bad experience all together.

I went in to deliberately get a hot $5Meal. The meal was warm.
When I saw the customer ahead of me (white lady) walk away from the kiosk/register THAT should’ve been a sign. She looked as though she’d been standing there waiting to get acknowledged. Staff did not greet customers. Nor, were they helpful with questions.
The kiosk is kinda confusing. Before you can complete your order; you’re prompted to add to an order. The customer may not always want to add. Also, No receipt recieved and no table numbers attached to the kiosk. The staff came and stood at the register as I placed the number where staff had them stored. Staff seemed disturbed. Overall, keep driving and prepare a meal at home. Please disinfect & sanitize the lobby.

Food was hot. Service was fast. Customer service was very good from the manager all the way down to the staff. The lobby and restrooms were clean as well. I would come here 10000xxx times.
