Had a few things missing from my order . When I walked in i did explain politely what was missing the manager and employees up front was extremely rude talking to me. They then began to talk among themselves with their back to me . After a few more words i was then called a few cuss words . I did call the customer service number this is completely unexpected. If u do not wish to work with the public dont work fast food !!

My husband, 14 year old grandson, and I ate at this McDonadls today and all remarked that it was the best meals that we have ever had at a McDonalds, and we have been eating at McDonalds since 1964. The Mocha Frappe and milk shakes were also delicious and the facility was very clean. WAY TO GO!!!

I hate kiosks. To much trouble and takes to long. Food was brought to us but it was like it was way to much effort to do so. No napkins, no salt or no pepper on the tray. Biscuits were sub par. I promised myself not to get breakfast at McDonald’s again. Coffee isn’t good either.

I’ve been to this location couple of times for a lunch break and those couple of times have been horrible!
The workers was terribly rude and don’t even acknowledge me when i just needed condiments or missing items I had.
Today 10/23/25 I ordered a large fry with a spicy mcrispy with a cheese burger. When I left to go eat it at work I was highly angry on what I received!! I had a chicken sandwhich with no SAUCE!! I had a cheeseburger also WITHOUT SAUCE!! The fries were terribly salty. I was very dissatisfied and angry because this is an ongoing thing with Greenville McDonald’s.
I would not reccomend this McDonald’s to anyone. Terrible food and service.

This place was great. I dont usually eat at McDonalds very often anymore, one of the reasons is the fact that they usually are pretty slow nowadays, but this one was pretty quick which was great! The food was fine. They currently offer dining in as long as you are social distancing. Public bathrooms.

Was passing thru and needed to get a meal and this is what I got. Called the store #4195 112 Greenville BYP, Butler Al
and informed the manager of the situation and his response was, “that he checks the food and he sees nothing wrong with the product that was served.” I offered to send pictures of the food and was responded with “well I apologize but if you want you can come back and have the food remade or refunded but I have checked the vegetables and see nothing wrong.”
For the customer’s check your food before leaving if you’re just passing through!!

Filthy restaurant; saw roaches on the floor in the dining room area. Heavy smell of marijuana from some customers filled the dining area. Food was acceptable, and service was acceptable also. Need to focus on cleanliness. Not sure what can be done about the nuisance of weed smokers.
