**I’m keeping this review – but this place is closed. And I am sad about it**
We’ve had very good food – the sushi is nicely prepared. The halibut was very affordable and done to perfection. Try the ahi tuna tacos or bbq pork sandwich. Really a great menu with lots of choices. Nice new addition of Badger Hill ale for this location. Delicious! Service can be hit or miss, but management will make it right if you just let them know.

Horrible. Online order and on the way to the store I got a text my order was ready. I get to the store and the cashier said he would get my order after he took a walk up customer order. 8 minutes later the family of 6 is still ordering and I’m getting frustrated so I walk into the empty restaurant and the cook is standing against the bar staring into space and I asked for my order and he said it just needed to be bagged. 5 minutes later I’m still waiting and walk back out to the cashier who took more customer orders during my wait and I asked for my food and he gives me an attitude and I wait 2 more minutes and I walked up to the customer service desk and asked for my money back. They couldn’t even refund my credit card so they gave me a gift card. The people at the customer service desk were nice and apologetic, but now I have to go spend money at this store which I never shop at.

I had the good start breakfast. Excellent sunny side up eggs as well as the wheat toast. Bacon good but deposited on my hash browns which made them salty. The bad was, hash browns had no browning and were so oily as to be inedible.

The menu at Hy-Vee Market Grille is wonderful! There were so many great options to choose from and I am excited to try more things. I got the mac and cheese burger with sweet potato fries (pictured). It was unique and delicious. They also have items from Wahlburgers featured on the menu. The restaurant is also quite beautiful and big. This was my first time dining here. The only con was that our server was not very friendly. She acted annoyed towards us and like she did not want to serve us. Working in customer service myself, I get very frustrated when I do not receive great customer service. My friend and I felt very uncomfortable a couple of times. Overall decent experience, but could have been better.

We went here for dinner for the first time tonight. The service was fantastic but the food and drinks were not good.
First, I ordered their specialty Old Fashioned. It wasn’t terrible, but came with a full orange wedge which is strange. We ordered a sushi rainbow roll as an app which was $14. It wasn’t bad but it was the exact same roll that you can buy from the sushi counter in the grocery store for $10 with some spicy mayo thrown on top.
I ordered a sirloin steak for a main course which was fairly good. My girlfriend ordered the all you can eat snow crab which was terrible. The crab had no flavor and the server confirmed that it was boiled. No decent restaurant boils crab. It was so water-logged that water ran out when she picked it up. Both of our baked potatoes were old and dry. They had been in the warmer for way too long. The meal was $100 including tip which is insane for the quality of the food. I contemplated taking the issue up with our server but she was so nice I didn’t want to put her through that awkward discussion. Hopefully management monitors this page and will be able to improve in the future.
I can overlook a minor issue with a dinner, but the quality of the food is so far off from the pricing here we won’t be returning.

Maria R. was the greatest server! We never had an empty drink. She was very personable and informing when it came to our picky ordering. The prices are great! Food quality is awesome! We may have to make this our regular brunch spot.

We were told that the Sunday buffet was good at the Lakeville location on Pilot Knob Road in Minnesota. The food was mediocre at best. The service was lacking also. The buffet was small and looked unappetizing. We were told they were not going to refresh the food because it was 130 and it was going to be shut down shortly. We were seated in a back corner where we could see nothing but the outside. I asked for water and OK. My husband asked for coffee and water. He got coffee and water. I got OJ but asked for water also. I pointed this out to our server and I got water and coffee. I had asked for water, not coffee. I ordered a breakfast bowl with 3 eggs over easy. I got 1 egg over hard, one egg over medium and 1 egg sort of over easy. It was replaced with eggs that were not cooked the best, but I didn’t want to keep trying to get the eggs done right. There was a lot of grease mixed in with the egg yolk
which looked unpleasant. The breakfast potatoes were dry. After I finished eating I noticed that my stomach was hurting. It got worse as we were paying our bill. I’m glad we live close because I would have had a hard time getting home quickly. We have a day of things to do, but I have to be sure I am safe to go. I certainly don’t plan to be going there again.
