It’s McDonald’s so I don’t ever expect much, and ONLY come here because of my kids. However, at this location, everything was super clean and tables recently wiped down. The young man at the register was very friendly and genuinely engaged while taking our order, and the food was fresh!

Local to Guntersville, this location has been trash for well over a year. Employees are disrespectful, food is chewy and cold, always mess the order up. This location needs to clean house big time. Keep going back hoping it has changed but unfortunately any good review in the last year is probably from their own management.

3-4 times a week, you cannot buy hot cafe beverage and occasionally I have been told I couldn’t buy a plain cup of coffee. Multiple times as early as 6:30-6:45 am, the coffee i purchase is cold. There’s no reason for cold coffee at that time of the day. And why serve it? I can understand warm but cold is unacceptable. Make more. Cold coffee after waiting 4-5 minutes for purchase doesn’t make sense….

I love Mc Donald’s pickles so I asked for a hamburger with lots of pickles around 10 . The manager came out to make sure that’s what I asked for. I was laughing..yes ..best pickles ..then everyone started laughing ..I got what I wanted and it was the best hamburger and the best service I have ever had..with the best reaction from the employees. I got the two cheese burger meal. The razor thin burger was dry and burnt. The buns were hard and there was just a small dot of ketchup. The fries were great tho. There was no line in the drive thru or inside. I wont visit this location ever again.

Cold breakfast everyday. Biscuit taste like cardboard. Hashbrowns are never fresh and taste like old oil. $10 bucks for this? I’ll go up the road to Chick Filet or Hardee’s. At least it’s always fresh food there.

It’s fast food. But seriously, can you not get what’s on the sandwich ON the sandwich. The steak was between the bagel slices, but the egg seemed to be an afterthought, not even half on the sandwich. Egg, cheese and mayo stuck to the wrapper alongside the breakfast sandwich
