I wish I lived near this number one Macdonalds. They are number one cooks of the year in all the Macdonalds stores around the world. I hope they all get a good raise paid vacation ham and turkey plus a gold trophy. More people need to come to fort Payne Macdonalds and eat there great food. There workers are very nice people.

Thanks for denying me and my favorite 99cent large iced coffee before 11am that I paid for and purchase almost everyday but arrived 1 minute late past 11 am and said my purchase was not valid anymore and I would have to pay full price. That is ridiculous I would be denied over two dollars. Thanks for ruining my customer experience.

Nastiest McDonalds in existence. There’s always some foreign material in the burgers. It’s usually black chunks of something, this time it was pieces of tissue paper. The fries always taste stale. This location sucks.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. They are all rude and have attitudes especially the managers . The man wouldn’t disclose his name but they got everything on my order wrong except the kids meal. Even repeated my order over 3 times telling them but yet it was still wrong. Called the store the man was very rude and disrespectful and then hung up on me and refuses to do anything to fix the issue.

Let me just say that this McDonald’s was a breath of fresh air. It’s the first time in a long time that I have went into a McDonald’s and it has felt like the good old days. There was even a child’s birthday party going on in the play area. I was in town on a weekend getaway and it was the only place I could find to get some school work done because all of the coffee shops that had wifi were closed. The staff was very friendly.

i strongly dislike fort payne mc donalds. i went through the drive thru for one item, a dr pepper and when i got to back cash the lady asked me if i had a coke zero, i said no, dr pepper. she said ok and changed it to dr pepper, and it says dr pepper on the receipt, yet they gave me coke zero? odd how you cant get one item right. a lot of the employees are rude as well, ive never had an issue from morning shift but afternoon/evening when the high schoolers come in is a different story. for one instance i asked for extra ranch and said i would pay for it because it is not a big deal, i mean its 25c who cares?? the little girl told me no, and proceeded to not give me the rest of my order so i just drove off because there is no point in wasting my time arguing with immature people who are incompetent of even doing their job. i have worked fast food so i know it can be stressful however getting a one item order wrong when its basically empty at that is wild.

This McDonald’s has really gone down hill. Drive-thru workers with attitude. Always having to pull up or to a stall and wait 30 seconds for them to bring your food to you. Fries seem to never be fresh. This place used to be great. Not do much anymore.

So sad. These people want 15 bucks an hour. Every time I come they screw up my food. So yeah, I order special…McChicken add cheese, add onion, add tomato, add pickles, and was charged for the extra ingredients ok I’m good with that but… They forgot the lettuce, forgot the onion that I paid for, got one pickle, and the smallest slice of tomato they could find… Not to mention, the chicken itself is hard like a brick. Come on people, do better.
