Waited in the drive through for over 30 minutes. Breakfast ends at 10:30. Walked in at 10:29 so as not to miss out on the greasy mess that makes my kids happy enough to justify this place. Nobody at the cash register. Kiosks not working. A lady finally comes forward and says “Sorry! Breakfast has ended!” My daughter starts crying. I let her know that we waited over 30 minutes just to order breakfast and ask if there are any pancakes or breakfast items remaining. “Nope! Sorry! It’s now 10:31!” Crying child right in front of her. McDonald’s used to be a place that made kids happy… My how things change… If I could give zero stars I would.

The worst time at McDonald’s. Once again took forever to get my food when it wasn’t busy. The food was old and cold. They brought the wrong order out twice. And check the picture… they only put one piece of bacon on a quarter pounder. AND they were out of sprite and Dr pepper. Worst time. I would give it no stars if that was an option.

i ordered $40 almost $50 dollars worth of stuff, didn’t get half of my order, the stuff I did get was completely wrong and tasted terrible!!! The nuggest are hard, and the sandwich taste like mop water, I didn’t get my frappuccinos ( I ordered 2 ) and I didn’t get my dr.pepper or my Sprite instead of my drinks they gave us frozen coke? I am very disappointed in walk in service. I waited for someone to take my order at the counter, after a minute or so. I was instructed to order on the kiosk. This was my initial attempt, which took me 6 minutes. I wanted to pay in cash but that option was not availble and required a card or had to wait for someone to take payment. After completing the order I am now waiting 12 minutes without getting my order.

Berry Handy is the best employee and he’s always helpful soon as we walk in the door. He is devoted and needs to be promoted. Out of every McDonald’s in Huntsville and Madison they employees are nothing like Berry he’s extraordinary! I told him he will own the building.

I ordered a frappe a simple frappe and apparently the workers don’t care about mixing it properly because when I took a drink it tasted like straight coffee grounds. It’s really not that hard to make one I used to work there. People need to do their job right or not work!

Went to get lunch today and the one nice thing about the experience was the nice lady at the payment window. The girl that gave out food was very unpleasant. The fries were so well done you couldn’t eat them. The Big Mac bun was hard as a brick. The lettuce was slimy! The burger patty was horrible. Horrible horrible experience! I will not be returning to this location.
