Yall set Skylar up for failure. 20+ minute wait for a meal when there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Said he would have to charge me, after the wait. I assume this is the company rules, no customer factor involved. But doesn’t throw any customer service in there, for the extremely long wait. He did say they only have 3 people working. Food still cold what a bummer. Also, once I got home noticed my medium fry barely filled up. Im very disappointed. Won’t be back to this location.

This used to be a good store but Im not sure what happened. Workers look upset most times, dont acknowledge you standing at the counter, and it takes forever to get food.
I drive for ubereats and door dash and dread deliveries from here. If you cant keep up and focus on drive thru more than other orders, you shouldnt offer deliveries with delivery apps. Beyond ridiculous. I just waited 35 minutes for an ubereats order because these frowny looking workers wanted to keep their metrics for the drive thru line. Do better!

I ordered 3 meals on the app. I asked for my fish sandwich to have mustard and pickles. Instead, they slathered it with ketchup. Freaking ketchup on a filet-o-fish. I feel like they definitely did this on purpose. Also, they forgot my fries. Luckily, I noticed before we left the drive-thru. I didn’t know I would have to inspect my sandwich before leaving as well.

I have very rarely had to wait a long time at this location, and the drive-thru typically moves quickly. Employees have also always been friendly to me. I would definitely choose this McDonald’s over any other location around Madison/Huntsville. I come here often to grab a quick coffee.

Went in there for a DoorDash order a couple days ago and waited for ten minutes. I realized I was not getting my food anytime soon, so I asked this 80 year old woman and she just trolled her eyes and walked away. 2 other employees over the next 15 minutes asked me about the order & the old lady kept finding a reason to NOT complete my order, just moving slow on purpose. When she finally handed me the food, this old lady hung onto to where I had to practically rip it out of her hands & when I finally got it she started yelling about verifying the order (which I had already done with 2 other employees). I ignored it and kept walking while this old lady kept screaming at the top of her lungs and causing a scene. SHE DOES NOT BELONG THERE & should be let go!! If you can’t treat your delivery drivers/customers good, then you need to find something else to do for work, period. I’m also letting corporate know she needs to be fired immediately & I am definitely telling everyone I know to avoid this location.

Food usually comes out good and reasonably fast. Issue is there’s one team member who has said he swears he “knows me from somewhere” every time i get to the first window.
I am certain have never seen this person anywhere else.
This social interaction is agonizing enough that I must refuse to get food here for any reason.
Update: went back after a month and a half and it *immediately* happened again. star docked for this. if you’re interested in receiving inscrutable comments on your appearance while trying to pay for your burger (captive audience btw) then it’s the place to be!

One of the rare McDonald’s where the fries were fresh and hot and properly salted. Table service was a bit slow though, but for the hot fries worth the wait. Employees were nice. Restroom was clean.

Out of all the McDonald’s we’ve been to, this one has to be the absolute worst.
McDonald’s is currently having the monopoly promotion, and with that we like to upgrade all of our meals to the large size for that reason. When a McDonald’s runs out of monopoly cups, or etc, they like to let us know before we order. This one did not.
That’s not even the worst part… So not only did we not get one single monopoly sticker, now we’re stuck with two large UNDERCOOKED & unsalted fries, two large cokes that were flat- also tasted very watered down.
The burgers were O.K. . I always order to add Big Mac sauce to my Quarter pounder deluxe, instead they gave me no sauce on it at all… dry burger . Also no onions on the deluxe ….
I believe the only good thing we got was the Big Mac itself .

The drive thru employees were so rude and disrespectful. They didn’t want to listen to what I had to say about my order but was aggressively mad when they had to redo the order twice. The white guy white black hair who hands out the food and I’m assuming the short girl was the manager since she had on regular clothes. I will never go back to this location although it’s minutes from my job. A quick visit turned into 15 minutes of hell
