Closing shift manager 8:30 pm is absolute trash. He is a disgrace to McDonald’s managers in the shoals area. I know a great manager in Florence names Touce Dixon. His store mops the floor with this chump in tuscumbia.
I came and got 3 McDoubles small fry
No pickles no onions.
I returned told manager the issue he asked what did I want him to do about it. I asked to make new ones. He seemed like he ain’t want to be there anyway.
I get my burgers and leave only to check and see no onions.
Not a huge deal but I mean dang I just want it how I like it. Pause. I walk inside and ask for a refund and I asked him what happened and he said ask them in the back. Dude is not a boss. The blonde girl at the window would make a better cut for it than him.
Ended up with a bunch of nasty burgers. I got the refund though.

I don’t know who done it but I ordered a sausage McGriddle and I only asked to have cheese on it well someone decided to put eggs which it comes with it when you order the original meal but someone also decided to put SATUED ONIONS . I’m not one to complain much but they’ve messed my order several times and this done in it for me . And my sausage McGriddle wasn’t even sausage it was freaking burger patty!!!!

Took forever to get someone to help us in the counter.
They promoter hello Kitty and ninja turtles but they don’t have it. And i just noticed when i opened the happy meal and asked for it. I didn’t get a sorry or nothing just a we are out of hello Kitty, but hem you try to go to another McDonald’s to get it change and nobody does it. So, what is the point?
Didn’t have milkshakes and we also order a golden sauce deluxe burguer and it didn’t look like the picture.
It was a waste of time and money!

Don’t bother going for the adult happy meal. They “can’t” make the shakes. But they haven’t been able to make shakes for the last 3 years, so no surprise there. They don’t give you any of the collectible items that are supposed to come with the meal. When we bit into our burgers there was still pink in the middle. The absolute worst place with the rudest manager.

Did not get all of my order, super frustrating after spending the evening at the ball field and was trying to get some food before calling it a night. Even ordered on the app to try and make it easy, to top it off the drinks tasted off. Pitiful

Doesn’t seem to matter how many eligible items you order, you only get 1 monopoly ticket because they are being stingy with them, probably keeping half for themselves.

I walked in at 11:25 to find absolutely no one. No one showed up to take my order for another 10 minutes. I specifically asked for both my sandwiches (double fish and McChicken) to be cooked fresh. I received my food at 11:40, walked out to my truck only to realize that my double fish was apparently cooked several hours ago and not when i ordered it. The fries were also very old. I returned to the store at 11:48 to find all the doors locked. No one will answer the phone. They have my hard earned money, but I don’t have anything edible to eat. Horrible service.

At McDonald’s you get what you pay for. The service wasn’t bad but if your trying to eat healthier, which I’m fixing to do myself, than I’d recommend not trying it here… I got a hash brown and it was full of grease as you can see in the picture. I would have had more grease on my napkin but I threw it away.
