This location on HWY 72 in Florence was spectacular! As I came to understand, there were only two people working and they cleared the drive thru efficiently. I was also very impressed with the portion sizes and the taste of the fries!

Service is fast, food 90 % of the time is old, and customer service is awful. The employees don’t smile, or greet you. They rush you out of the drive-thru so they can make sure their drive thru time is good.

Only 3 stars due to the installation of the “order it yourself at a touch screen” technology, but yet they still got the order wrong. All it was though, was they left off the egg of a bacon egg biscuit. But the food was really good, the service was what you’d expect. The atmosphere was…meh. I mean it’s Macdonalds. A fast food chain restaurant with a ffc restaurant atmosphere. Yes I’ll go back. It was over all a good trip with my grand kids.
