I ordered a kids meal nugget and since my child was sleep I placed the meal in the fridge…I go to warm up the nuggets and one of the nuggets had a huge bite taken out of it. Called the store to explain what happen the worker said since I left the store it’s nothing they can do about. Just the thought of if I would handed the meal to my 3 year old he would’ve ate the nugget.
Please check all food before leaving the store even if you have to hold up the drive thru line.

Black male employee with dreads is extremely rude . First encounter he was in hoodie and pajama pants very unprofessional.
This experience was even worse placed a MOBILE ORDER one large fry . got parked and had to wait more then 10 minutes. Once asked about why they are taking so long when many cars have driven off . I was ignored at the front another 5 minutes before a lady came to see what I was waiting on. The performance and professionalism is at an all time low especially when he is working .

My friend and I wanted to make a pizzcookie so we ordered 2 cones of icecream and 2 things of the cookies they have as well. I asked for a pancake platter to set up and it took them forever to get us one. I had to ask another worker for a platter and I asked for two and he said that we aren’t allowed to have two so he gave us one. It’s literally 4:04pm right now so I don’t think they need the platter more than I do. The worker gave us our platter and I asked for two forks and he only gave us one. They workers hide in the back and they take forever to take care of their customers so I gave my friend the fork and had to eat from the knife that they gave us. Such a sad management here

Went through the drive thru for breakfast and I was given the wrong drink. The drink they gave me looked watered down. I went inside to get another drink and there was no one inside to help. There are kiosks for self service and a note at the counter with no workers in site. It took me 10 minutes to get someone’s attention walking by to get me help for a new drink. The customer waiting before me said she waited 15 minutes. The worker called her coworker up and told him the issue and he said he knew…. this was the same guy in the drive thru that handed me the drink and food. If he knew why did he give me the drink to start with? All around bad service. I got to work and the biscuit was overcooked. I threw it all away at that point. I am done and will not be back. The customer service in the morning is horrible. Where are the workers to help inside?

fries was filled halfway when i ordered a large. asked for extra sauce at the speaker and didn’t get it. i asked for a spicy chicken sandwich add cheese and they gave me a normal mchicken but had it wrapped in a spicy mchicken wrap. do better.

Not busy in the morning so it’s a great place to grab breakfast and the orders are always right. The food is great and so is the service. But why was this person having to pressure wash the drive thru in 30 degree weather? That just seems cruel.
