No napkins no salt eggs bland I ordered the Big Breakfast with Hotcakes and no meat. They would not allow me to customize my order and substitute the meat for an extra hash brown, and they charge too much for a single hash brown. One of my hotcakes was cut into three pieces, which upset me. I like perfection, but I guess you get what you pay for. McDonald’s is cheap and unhealthy anyway. It would have been nice to get a refund or a replacement, but I didn’t have time to drive back. I won’t be back.
I would like to make a suggestion for vegetarians: McDonald’s needs to allow them to customize their orders and substitute the meat in the Big Breakfast for more hash browns, biscuits, eggs, or hotcakes. It is not fair that we still have to pay the same price.

I pass three McDonald’s to come to this one. My orders are usually right and usually hot. Their menu prices are also a little better and they don’t charge for extra tartar sauce. And their sprite is crisp and tastes right like their water is filtered.

I come to this McDonalds almost every other day and I get the same thing, well today I ordered the usual and there is a new guy working there dark skin with braids and gave sort of a foreign accent and he was kind of rude and was talking to me Ike I didn’t know what I was talking and gonna say, “do you want a refund ones what are we doing?” I was so offended but I kept my composure but it makes me look at this location differently after the service I just got, he does not need to be there because I would stop going to this location just he works there and I’m pretty sure that’s not his first time getting smart with people! Yall need to have a conversation with him about his customer service because one bad apple is all it takes to make the whole building sour!

Came after a long day of work , sat in the drive threw for 38 minutes when I got to the speaker I sat there for 10 minutes saying ‘helllo’ without getting a response so I pulled around to the window, the gentleman answered and when I said I hadn’t ordered yet I thought they couldn’t hear he smiled and said they’re busy gotta drive back around. I explained I thought the speaker was having difficulty and I had already spent an hour trying to order I didn’t think I should have to pull around and he continued to smile saying gotta go around having no compassion for the fact that it was 3 am and I had already waited an hour trying to order.

DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALDS!!!!! go to the one in vestavia down the road! worst interactions i’ve ever had with a fast food restaurant. rudest employees EVER. my order is always completely wrong and not to mention just disgusting and cold. i have been cussed at, given dirty looks and among lots of other things. do not waste your time or money here please. if i had one wish it would be for this awful and disgusting establishment to close. the management seems to not care at ALL, the employees are rude for no reason, and the inside is never clean and i wouldn’t be suprised if the kitchen is also just as gross from the lazy employees

My family loves this McDonald’s. It is one of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have visited (including the play area). The play area is always appropriately climate controlled. It is cool in summer and warm in winter. The employees are friendly. If you select table service in the app, they actually deliver your order to your table, which is great with small kids.

My husband and I stopped in for a bite to eat….they were swapped and the place was BUSY. We were really encouraged by the excellent customer service and kindness that we were given by LeDarrius and Jada. They made our night and we left fulfilled and happy. We are very hopeful that these two are valued and appreciated by McDonald’s. McDonald’s should be proud to have these kind souls as employees of their establishment. LaDarrius and Jada…great job!
