I placed and PAID for a mobile order in the app. After checking into my spot and waiting 25 minutes for the food, I went inside only for a worker to state “It’s not made because it is not paid for”. I showed the cashier that my order was paid for at 1:59 pm. The worker then put the cold fries BACK into the hot fries pan and handed me the bag with cold, hard chicken nuggets and a cold chicken sandwich. Needless to say this wasn’t acceptable either! SMH! ♀️. Do better and take pride in your job with professionalism & treat customers how you want to be treated. I didn’t make you apply here!

Ordered coffee at this location that contained zero coffee, only milk and caramel. It tasted really bad and had to throw away all 3 that I bought. Didn’t have time to turn around and have them fix this issue. Worst “coffee” I’ve ever had, very dissatisfied.

Went through the drive though. Ordered two cheese burgers but received two ham burgers with no cheese. I went back around, told the cashier..I showed her the burgers, she start laughing and talking to the cook about not putting cheese on the burgers…he walked over to the window and told me to give him the burgers…I told him you are not suppose to take food back…he said that’s my food cost….I don’t know what he planned on doing with the burgers…I’m assuming putting cheese on them or resale….I see why the health department made this a policy….lastly, I requested a manager for a refund..which was a short Mexican looking man…he didn’t even care…and he didn’t give me all my money…resales on used food is not acceptable…I am calling the health department

we wait for over 30 minutes to get our food while you got girl #1 over here eating ice cream refilling it then eating it again then girl #2 whos walking in circles; which both somehow managed to become managers. this place and the people who run this place are disgusting and dont know what they are doing!!! get someone who actually can cook a burger correctly!!!!!!!!!!

Update 2/1/2024 I don’t want to keep doing this but it has to be told. I went in to get the double big mac meal and was little kid excited, at 50! I got it and came home and it looked like this. Middle bread on the bottom, bottom bread in the middle. I was trying to hold it because I know it’ll slide apart but the bottom felt funny so I turned it over and there u go. Ughhhhh!
Update: Asked my wife to pick me up something on her way home. She brought me a combo from here with my favorite Hi-C Orange drink! Man I hit the drink and it was strictly orange water! I was highly disappointed to say the least!!!
My wife tried to treat me and this is what happened. Thanks RONALD for making me have to go into surgery for about 15 minutes to remove cheese. Next time I’ll just eat cereal like I started too. Also had to warm up very cold unsalted fries. Took a shorter amount of time to pat out and make a daily hamburger from a 5 pound roll of beef all week.

Worst drive Thur service of my entire 42 yrs of life. Sat over 40 minutes in drive thru after I ordered waitibg on nuggets and mc double and McChicken and fries the most basic items they sell. Wouldn’t stop here again if I was starving

I came through the drive thru and I could hear two employees arguing, I mean they were hollering at each other. Then when I went to order yet again they didn’t have or any biscuits. Someone from corporate needs to do something about this. I have to be at work at 5:30 and I will like to have breakfast. They don’t ever open on time I have to go to Jack’s because they don’t have any food. I have alot more but I have to go to work.

One star feels harsh, but giving me a filet o fish, the one thing from McDs that could actually cause me to vomit exorcist style, instead of the McRib I ordered reflects thw way I felt. As I realized just in time to be unable to return for correct prior to close and ultimately had to dispose of the war crime of a sandwich. Leaving me simultaneously nauseated and famished. It also cost more. A negligible amount more, but still added insult to injury. I don’t expect perfection or the extra mile, I dont really expect to get the right item, but they gave me the one item on the menu I can not forgive. Staff seemed nice though. So theres that.

UPDATE: So, we pull up on Sunday at 10 pm to get some nuggets and fries and to our surprise, it’s closed. I look on the internet and it says 11 pm is the actual closing time. Now, I understand they are tired, but a whole hour ahead of your closing time? And being this close to the interstate? Seems counterintuitive for the profit margin of the franchise owner and if these employees want raises, why close so early, a whole hour? I get 15 minutes or so, but not an hour. Maybe the franchise owner will care that this has become such a problem in such a prominent area. Who knows? I would just like to be able to get some food that’s fresh and hot after I get off work.
