Masks are always required for customers and crew who are not vaccinated. In addition to performing deep cleaning, safety shields are also in place for protection.

It looks like someone took two different patty pieces and put it on my Big Mac anyways… extremely ridiculous considering they couldn’t even speak to me. I ordered went to the window, not a single word. My food was then thrown at me. Absolutely disgusting.

This location is usually slooooowwww, but we tried it during the morning and it was great! Very efficient, in and out. I also heard one of the managers congratulating the team for doing such a good job and I absolutely LOVE that. Those folks are hard working on that morning shift!

In the drive through I was placing my order. The person act like she couldn’t hear me so I spoke louder. She said “We aren’t hard of hearing in here. I shouted to her that she kept asking me what I said. When I got to the window she said the me the customer was to busy listening to their conversation. I told her I shouldn’t have heard their conversation since I am the customer. It seems like she was talking to someone else when I thought she was talking to me from the speaker when ordering. That’s her fault not mine. They need to learn how to talk to people and perform their jobs the correct way to reduce misunderstanding. I canceled my order for my son because he was scared they would harm his food.

Worst everything. I cannot begin to explain how terrible this establishment is. Go to the one a mile and a half away and save yourself 45 minutes. The store shuts down at 10:00 even though they’re open till 2:00. So many times have I gone in there with cash and them not being able to count the change. I went in there with $5 to get two sausage biscuits for 3.29…. the woman said that her manager wasn’t there and they could not accept cash… This McDonald’s is run by complete idiots.

Pathetic compared to almost any other McDonald’s I have ever visited. No one was in front of me in the drive thru line yet I had to wait 5+ minutes at the intercom, which I had begun to think was broken. Another wait at the window. Employees were horsing around and there were off duty employees (I think?) walking in and out of the building. Finally a guy asked me what I had. I got a bag of food and he handed a sauce box to me so I thought I was good to go. WRONG! There were five barely-above-room-temperature nuggets in my 6-piece, my McDouble was the worst ever (a mounded teaspoon of rehydrated onions in the center of the top patty – really?), AND I was given tangy bbq instead of the sweet & sour I requested. The only, and I do mean only, things done right at this visit: 1) the guy at the window was pleasant and said You’re welcome when I thanked him. I was honestly shocked because the employees here are usually not even cordial. and 2) he brought my receipt to me as requested. I wish they would get it together or sell the place to a functional franchise that would properly serve customers in this prime location right next to a hospital.

I will go here quite often because I work for the hospital and they are usually great but tonight the person that passes the orders out the window was terrible she flat out lied to my face. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato and instead she gave me an iced coffee I told her that that was not an iced caramel macchiato she said “ the machine is being cleaned “ so I said okay that’s fine but there is a price difference can I get the difference back.? She said “ let me go look at the receipt” she came back proceeded to pass me the drinks and still didn’t mention anything about the price difference so I said “well what did the receipt say ?, “ and she just stared at me and asked did I want her to get the manager ? I said yes , I explained to the manager I just wanted the difference in money back. The manager said to the drive thru worker “you must don’t know how to make a macchiato?” The young lady said no. Sooo you just lied to me for no reason when you could’ve just asked someone to help you make it? So as the manager is making the macchiato I’m telling the young lady to tell the manager it was a large . She says “ yeah she knows “ get the drink and it’s a medium and I ordered a large . please idk if she got mental issues but she don’t need to be in the front of window.

Low salt dietary concerns? Gluten free? (No wheat). No problem!!! This location is my happy go-to place when visiting Drs in Birmingham!!! My unique, custom orders are always perfect and folks are pleasant!! LOVE Y’ALL!! And I’m not a regular McDonald’s food-fan but this location I love!! I sometimes go several months between visits and still the service and quality is always top notch!! Loved my drive thru visit today! Many kudos to all staff!

I had just got off work at 11:30pm Thursday night. This is supposed to be a 24 hours McDonald’s and the woman at the speaker says almost inaudible “ONLY TAKING DOORDASH!” Uhhh, if you can take Doordash, you can take all of the other customers orders too. There were 3 more people in like behind me.

I placed a mobile order on the app on Friday May 12th. I paid then proceeded to the restaurant to pick up my order. I arrived at the restaurant and parked in the curbside parking while the app said my mobile order was being prepared. After waiting 30 mins in the curbside parking spot I proceeded through the drive thru and informed them at the speaker that I was here to pick up my mobile order. The cashier stated there is no mobile order. I then stated it was on my app. She then stated very aggressively that she didn’t care and I can receive a refund on the app. I was very taken aback and proceeded to park to get a refund. The door was locked so I knocked on the door. A woman came to the door and would only communicate through the door. She was very rude and stated Sorry, we don’t have your order. I responded with you’ve already taken my money can I just get a refund then. The woman responded with I don’t know how. I then showed her on the McDonalds website where it states that refunds on the mobile app are issued at the store the order was purchased. She then stated she didn’t know how to do a refund. I asked if I could speak to the manager thinking surely the manager would know how to issue a refund. She then began shouting obscenities still through the door. She then proceeded to call the police because i requested a refund. I then proceeded to leave because i wanted to speak to the General Manager the following day. This is completely unacceptable behavior. This was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. It’s a shame the owner-operator is allowing these employees to destroy this restaurant and his reputation.

McDonald’s will always be that go to restaurant but as much as I love their fries I wish they would put a salt packet in the bag. Cause their fries never have enough salt on them anymore like they use to. Also their tea is weak now and not that sweet
