I ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich, my pattie was very hard couldn’t break it in half that’s how hard it was. Workers have nasty attitude. Everybody at that location need to be fired, morning shift to be exact.

I used the app to order. When I got to the window, I was informed they were out of several items. No Dr Pepper,ice cream, any flavor pies, no apples or toys for happy meals. If you’re out of items, please mark it in the app. The person also had a poor attitude.

I ordered a 6pc w/ fries and ranch, and a McDouble w/ large fries I asked for extra ranch as well. The drive thru worker was unable to get my order to populate on the screen so she used my receipt to make my order. With receipt in hand the employee forgot one order of fries and forgot all the ranch and gave me instead one creamy chili. Additionally, she kept the receipt so now I can’t go back to get it corrected. There was one car other than me in the drive thru so it is not like they are busy. I wouldn’t waste my money here seeing as this kind of thing has happened multiple times to me already.

You get 0 stars. I ordered a number seven with double fish sandwich. I was asked to pull over to the side bcuz my “sandwich was still cooking.” I wasn’t parked there more than a minute when a lady brought out my order. I asked her where’s the ketchup bcuz when you’re not at the window, you can’t check your bag and tell them you need condiments. So the lady said, “I don’t have kechup, I’m just the person bringing out the food.” Was gonna bite into my sandwich until I clearly saw that it was nuked in the microwave. Bun was white super soft hot and dough-y just like when you overcook bread in the micro. Everything was too hot incl. the fish and tartar sauce. THIS IS WHY I SHOULDN’T HAVE HAD TO PULL OVER BCUZ THEY THROWED THE SANDWICH IN THE MICROWAVE. IT WASN’T COOKING LIKE I WAS TOLD IT WAS AND THERE WASN’T BUT TWO PEOPLE IN THE DRIVE-THRU. Omg! It just dawned on me why it looked like I had extra tartar sauce. I didn’t. It was nuked and runny. I looked at my fries and they were short pieces and over browned. I wanted to turn around and get a refund. This was trash service. Thanks for it bcuz you’re garbage and it’s a wrap.

Ordered on the app and was told to pull forward. I then waited 30 minutes for the geniuses to make a 10 piece chicken nugget meal and a 6 piece meal. Food arrived cold as rocks fries not salted and gave me 8 pieces instead of 10. The chicken was absolutely disgusting. I don’t understand how genuinely incompetent these workers are. Fast food is the easiest job you can have. These workers chose to apply and get a job with McDonald’s and they can’t even do the easiest thing which is cooking frozen food, no wonder why they work here cause doing the easiest thing is hard for them. Tragic.

A sorry excuse for a McDonald’s. Breakfast ends at 11 and it was 10:42 and they told me sorry we are on lunch. No the you are not that’s at 11. This is not the first issue I’ve had at this McDonald’s and based on the reviews, you can tell that this McDonald’s is not even worth having open because it is costing them money so might as well just cut your losses. They never get their hours quite right.

So, I go into McDonald’s and there are two kids running amok. One unattended little girl comes up to me and starts pulling on my bag, trying to open it. Then the little girl runs into the MEN’S bathroom and walks out safely. It turns out she was one of the employee’s children, which I found out from the cashier.
When I order I stand there for 20 minutes waiting. They skip right past my number, so I walk up and ask, “Hey, where’s my food?” The woman says, “Oh, we called that out,” with a very rude attitude. She snatches the receipt out of my hand and makes my meal.
When I finally get my food, the burger is nasty and dry, and the cheese appears to be rotten—so I obviously throw it away.
Seriously, 0/10. This place sucks dih.

Clean facilities and tables. Service was as expected for online order in house pick up – relatively quick delivery, only had to wait a few minutes. Big mac was served warm, no flavor and thin meat patties seemed lower quality than I had remembered. Bun was large, not soggy or stale. Fries were hot a tasty as always. No ketchup self serve available in the restaurant nor were packets in bag so remember to ask.
