Update: this had to be the most incompetent McDonald’s EVER. I’m not sure how you severely undercook burgers when the machine does it for you. In the same order they forgot my drink, and make a burger completely wrong. Then today they put cheese on a mcgriddle? EW. Who in there right mind is ordering cheese on a mcgriddle? Not only that but they can’t answer the phone. Disgusting.
Still not any better. Not sure why I keep getting undercooked food. Is the turn around that bad? Extremely slow service as well. As I was sitting inside eating about 5 people came in with problems with their order. Corporate needs to look into this store.

Ordered a double filet o fish, got to my hotel, and not one napkin. Zero. Terrible McDonald’s, from start to finish.
The light was off, a full 55 minutes before they close. They made me pull up, and wait. And wait. And wait.
If you decide to go, make sure it’s 2 hours before closing time, or you’ll spend half a lifetime waiting for cold food.

Waited over an HOUR for curbside pickup. When I finally went in and asked about my food, the managers were throwing up their hands and being extremely rude. When I asked for their names, they refused to give them. I will be calling corporate to report the poor quality of service and I don’t recommend this location to ANYONE! AND they did NOT have the BOO buckets as advertised! Boo. Shame on you McDonalds. Do better.

This is the nastiest and rudest mcdonald’s i have seen in a long time. They were eating behind the counter and overall they are really rude. There is trash all over the floor and the tables were not clean. There was water covering the bathroom floor and the food wasn’t good.

Time and time again they continue to make a spicy chicken mcgriddle wrong. I just won’t come back. I waited inside to get a refund and no one noticed me for like 8 minutes. The manager wouldn’t even face me to do my refund. Some of us don’t have time to wait to make another one.

Went back and gave it another chance. The food was once again, ok. I was appalled to see this young man with all that hair hanging in his face, standing over the food and he was also making the kids boxes!! The health department would shut them down for this! WHERE WAS THE MANAGER?????
The food was ok, not great. The service was awful! We waited about 15 minutes and there were 2 other orders ahead of us! There is no hand-sanitizer by the kiosks after so many people are touching them! The music is much too loud. Just not a very appealing place all around. It’s much worse after the last “remodel”!

Everything was great except my sandwich. I ordered and paid for a deluxe but was given a regular and I didn’t realize it until I was about 15-20 minutes down the road. Really disappointing. Other than that everything else was great.

They seemed to be busy on the lunch hour. They were slow. Several people were complaining about how long it took to get their order. I saw them take my order outside and bring it back in before they gave it to me.
