I’m generally not inclined to write reviews; however, I was beyond dissatisfied with this overall experience. I ordered a burrito, yet the portion was exceptionally small, consisting of only half scoops. Typically, a burrito satisfies my appetite, and I’ll save the leftovers for my next meal; however, this time, I remained hungry because the portions were skimpy. (Certainly not worth the cost.) Initially, I thought I was misperceiving the size, but after comparing two separate orders within the past week, I observed that their portion sizes were vastly different. I constantly order the same item: a burrito in A BOWL, to eat neatly without creating a mess. My ordering experience has been consistent; occasionally, I receive peculiar looks upon request, but I am served appropriately. The staff member did not even close the container properly and placed it directly into the bag without securing the lid. I also ordered queso on the side, which was forgotten. Fortunately, I did not drive too far and returned to correct my order. Overall, the experience fell well short of expectations. I understand that bad days can occur, and I hope they are able to improve in the future.

There are a handful of places I can fuel my daughter post soccer and Chipotle is one of those. No complaints. Just two bags of food. Service was fine. No line on a Saturday afternoon. Restrooms were clean. Parking was easy. Dine in was an option. This soccer mom has no complaints.

The service and food has gotten bad here. I love Chipotle but, look at my pics. This is supposed to be a burrito bowl not a salad. It’s hard to eat the bowl when the lettuce is cut so poorly/ sloppy. I also just settle for the about of each selection I get because I always feel like I’m an inconvenience when I ask for a little more. You can even call ahead or order online to avoid even waiting .

Experiencing one(s) attitude has a high impact on how to feel about food. The service was terrible today. The girls working the line were condescending and had lacked good moral. I realize they probably aren’t making much of a living on compensation being in such a position however most of us started in such a role. Not long ago I was a young adult in the same element, but I didn’t treat others badly. Today its common to have these experiences not just from young but im always suprised when its someone older. I wished they’d start terminating these bad apples or find ways to hold them accountable. It was my first time at this establishment and based on today’s experience its added to the do not return list.

Burritos, bowls, tacos and salads done with high quality beef, chicken, pork and veggies and typical sides like Pico de Gallo, guacamole, lettuce, cheese, sour cream. Have become a tad pricey for my lunch budget but always satisfying and delicious! Be sure to sign up for points program.

Very disappointed with my experience here — I was incorrectly charged for extra chicken that belonged to the person behind me, even after I made it clear we weren’t together. After all the back-and-forth with Chipotle’s customer support, all I was offered was a $3 coupon for double meat. Given the time and effort it took to resolve, I expected at least a replacement meal. After being a long chipotle fan for many years, I will NOT be returning.

Must be a literacy issue at this chipotle location. I’ve ordered from here a few times unfortunately and each time, they are randomly adding toppings or missing the mark all together. Not sure if they’re mixing orders by mistake but it’s annoying and incompetent. Tonight is the final straw, I will not order from this location anymore. Do better guys.

So I wanted to be absolutely sure so I ordered the chips on a weekend 4 times over the past few months and every time the chips were stale and gross. It’s only occasionally bad on weekdays, when I assume more care is taken towards them but the weekends it’s eerily consistent. My inclination is that they just sit on the counter for days on end until some poor schmuck ends up ordering them. And by then you’re just eating a hardened cesspool of old bacteria laden chips.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.. YOU MAY GET SICK! This is by far the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. We walked in and noticed all the fountain drinks were empty; we figured it was end of day – we are just passing through so not sure of closing hours. When we stepped up to the line, rude team members, the protein was hard-dry. No lettuce, no grilled veggies, everything was dirty on the line. If the line was dirty I can just imagine how everything is where the customers cannot see. Almost all the tables were dirty, floors.. health dept would have a field day here. Then it turns out they close at 11pm.. we visited at 8pm.. so you could tell that this is just a common practice.

I came to this one two days in a row for lunch I work nights so I went to lunch around 9 PM or 8:30 PM and I ordered on the app every time the app has great deals and this chipotle always hooks it up. My bowls are packed And I like saving the time not waiting in line.
