I ordered 2 double quarter pounders last night 1-30-2026 and a large fry, the fries were the worst McDonald’s fries I’ve ever had and the burgers were completely raw! Won’t be back

I went through the drive though tonight and almost 40 waited I to ask 2time for my order to be ready back to me the girl didn’t want to read it back then when finally got the food and girl gave I ask if the sauces was in back her was you should have checked the bag so I wait at the drive though window for some ask if there was anything else the girl took my order walk to window 3 different time and roll her eyes then finally after all that I ask for a manger I lady in a t shirt not a manger shirt came to window with an addatiue and the two little girl be hind her yell at one with her finger on her chin before I could even say anything she said she had to get their side of the story then say I was rude because ask to to speak to a manger I will be calling store in morning to talk with hopefully that has better customer service I always stop at this McDonald’s and always spend 30 or more there tonight was un called for they wouldn’t even give me a receipt

Everything I ordered was no cheese but my ham and egg McMuffin had cheese on it but the cashier was nice and food was ready quick. I think I discovered I actually really like sausage McGriddles. I threw the cheesy McMuffin away cause I was in a hurry. First time I ever went there. Will go again but I’ll check my food before I leave.

RUN AWAY !!!If this is a franchise store or privately owned, either way, the management Should be removed as quickly as possible for the blatant disrespect to customers. I watch them literally toss bags on the counter, call out a name, and walk off with no acknowledgment whatsoever of the customer, the real life person paying the bill. They are more concerned with arguing with each other and playing matchmaker, then paying any attention whatsoever to the customer. Their lack of concern for Quality is also Exhibited in the lack of quality and food preparation. The McRib I ordered was thrown in the bag, dipped in so much sauce that it layered the bottom of the box making the sandwich completely soggy when I opened it up later, The onions and pickles were not even on the sandwich at all, they were in the container, but not on the sandwich. The box to my chicken nuggets was open, and the nuggets were all over the bottom of the bag, and the young lady literally got mad at me for having the audacity to ask for a sauce, a single sauce.RUN AWAY, Do not waste your money at this McDonald’s as you will be severely disappointed. I read the reviews prior to entering, and have decided that they are coerced, implemented by friends and employees, and the only thing that is being managed at this store. There is no way of the store deserves even a three star, unless you give it credit for the Construction, lol. They are spending time managing deceptively the reviews instead of training their employees to not have a blatant disregard for the human being customer standing in front of them. They are simply rude, and don’t care That they are.

Waited 20 minutes to receive a quarter pounder and a medium fry. Place was not busy and there was plenty of workers, many customers ordered after me and all received their food before I did. Only reason they get a 2 star is because they surprisingly got the order right after 20 minutes.

Order was wrong. Also, the Grinch meal was supposed to come out today. The signs advertising it are up on this location. They refused to sell it to us. We ended up with quarter pounder meals. They were at least decent.

Placed my order on the app. Fueled my truck, parked, went to the restroom and still waited 22 minutes and had to ask about my order then. So a total wait time was 31 minutes. Burger was cold. Didn’t even melt the cheese. Fries was cold. Best and only good thing in the meal was my drink.
