I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I recently received at one of your McDonald’s locations.

On this occasion, as well as on previous visits, my order was not prepared according to what was clearly stated on the receipt. Despite requesting specific items and paying extra for certain additions or modifications, the order I received did not match what I had ordered or paid for. Instead, it appeared that the staff prepared the order according to their own discretion, rather than following the receipt details.

This is not the first time this has happened, which makes the situation even more frustrating. Accuracy and attention to detail are basic expectations in food service, especially when customers are charged for specific items. Unfortunately, the overall level of service has also been consistently poor, making the experience unpleasant.

Given the repeated issues and lack of improvement, I feel uncomfortable returning to this location and would rather take my business elsewhere moving forward. I believe McDonald’s standards are higher than what I experienced, which is why I felt it was important to bring this to your attention.

I hope this feedback can be used to improve order accuracy, staff training, and customer service at this location.

Our family went out last night to this McDonald’s. on February 27th. They were so kind. And had such a positive energy. It was clean, and they brought our food to us and asked us if we need anything. And heard that I was asking my boyfriend to grab me and the youngest some sauce. And they happily obliged to get some. The fries were hot and warm. And the kid loved the play place. The two women that were working last night were amazing.

The employees were unhelpful and rude. When they rung up my friends order incorrectly they had no desire to fix/acomadate the mistake. It took them at least an hour for four meals. One of the men had an AirPod in and seemed bothered when asked for updates. Several other customers complained as well!! Don’t go if you expect good or “fast” food!!

Usually when I come here, pleasant and speedy service is the norm. I completely understand how busy Saturdays can get, and aside from the amazing crew, the manager is the real problem here. As a business owner in the Birmingham area for some time now, I must say I was very disappointed in the way he carried himself his professionalism and communication were both lacking.

I sat in line for about 10 minutes before deciding to come inside. Once inside, I waited another 5 minutes. My order ended up being wrong. When I walked to the counter with the bag, the manager literally watched me set it down and didn’t acknowledge me at all. I even told him, “These are supposed to be plain only ketchup and cheese.” He still didn’t respond.

Thankfully, 3 of the wonderful female crew members stepped up immediately, grabbed the bag, and fixed the order without hesitation. They deserve the recognition, not him. Honestly, it feels like the roles should be reversed.

To the crew thank you big shoutout! To the manager—tighten up.

Your store has a very consistent problem. Three times in the past two months I have ordered Dr Pepper and have been given Diet Dr Pepper. I have driven back to the store twice and both times they have the wrong syrup hooked up to the machine.

Easy solution: stop offering Diet Dr Pepper if you can’t manage to keep it from affecting people ordering regular Dr Pepper. This is too ridiculous of a problem to happen more than once in such a short time span. Please pay attention.

Not one of them acknowledged the customers at the counter. They all saw us standing there, but never approached to greet, take an order or see what we may be waiting on. Arrived at 7:52 for a DD order that was to be ready by 7:54; at 8:04 the order still wasn’t prepared. Yet your pulling orders to the “serving now” screen to appear efficient. Not efficient when you have to wait 12+ minutes for food or to be acknowledged while chatting away in the kitchen.

what a joke. You don’t get what you pay for. Get some slightly intelligent people to work there. I’ve eaten here 2 times in maybe 6 months. they are stealing your money when you buy larger sizes.Burger was ice cold after waiting 10-12 mins.

Workers are stingy on the condiments, rude, and slow. The place is always dirty. More often than not your order will be wrong.
